I've been a huge Battlefield fan since basically day one so many cons to many are pros to older players. but either way this game has the best of all of it. Real quick the campaign surprised me probably best campaign since the bad company series! so huge plus. The multiplayer is just so well versed and done so well. if you're struggling with it just give it some time there is a bit of a learning curve especially to new players. Get the strategy down and be a team player you'll find yourself with a high score. One thing is the loading times...OMG in today's standard this is pretty bad. This is a console version though so its just the way it is. I'm also not a fan of the premium pay wall but hey the companies need to make their money so I can wait for the price drops. But im so glad they have battle pack drops (crates) that are free to open. there's no paywall behind it so big plus there.

Dice always makes killer games, great graphics great story mode and the multi-player has hours of fun. World War battle are more fun than futurerustic combat

As I said for Hardline it wasn't something that a new user could easily get into. Yes it was fun but no help at all and asking just leads to trolling in some gaming circles. Now battle Field one actually does what I complained the other game did not. The campaign actually teaches you how to do things that if you did not start out playing clearly wouldn't know how to do. Even a friend who was also new to the franchise is enjoying himself because of the changes. Haven't ran into any glitches that are game breaking, not bored yet and still having a blast. -older gamer

This game is so awesome I was a die hard battlefield 4 player and this story and online play just kills it. So realistic, love it

If you're a fan of the Battlefield series, specifically 4 than you know what kind of gameplay you are getting into. The setting feels great and the guns do as well. The new operations mode is spectacular. It both gives you a historical perspective of the battle and it's just constant "battlefield moments". The story mode is uniquely done for a shooter and is actually fun. I haven't encountered the bugs that plagues 4 for its launch and up to a year after and hopefully it will stay that way.

Great graphics. Great (but short) campaign. Great multiplayer. All around great game. I just wish the campaign was longer.

Graphically the best Battlefield game I've seen. The game has a decent campaign (WW1 era) and lots of multiplayer options.

I really love how you can charge with a bayonette to spear your opponents. Massive maps and great online play!

EA has done it again with a great game they have released that is different in every way with their rival COD. This game was a no brainer for me and definitely had a lot of work put into it. My favorite part of the game was the campaign. It was amazing, almost felt like you were living out WWI, but overall great game. It may be kind of boring when you're solo but when you have a squad backing you up this could be easily one of the best games released.

Seriously beats CoD hands down. The gameplay is dirty, dingy, dark...like you'd expect WWI to be. Not bright happy CoD colors. Gameplay is great. Old school weapons. Limited sights. More hand-to-hand combat. Makes you wonder how close they got to the real thing when the charge whistle blows in Operations and you rush out of your trench line into no mans land to bayonete charge your enemy. Really raw gritty feel.

Good game, perfect game for any battlefield fan. From game play to visuals, to sounds. This game is non stop action and fun that will keep you playing for hours.

I've always been a COD fan and was hesitant but I really like the era Battlefield 2 was based on. The weapons are awesome and I like the squad thing... multiple squads one team. There's also a ton of multiplayer options. The only thing I don't like is shotguns are way too powerful and I've had enemies spawn right in front of me a couple times... like two or three at once. BS. Other than that, great game!

Been a battlefield fan since 1942. The game gets better every release. Love the expansion packs every few months. It’s like getting a new game every time.

Was really looking forward to this one because of the awesome trailers and the setting. It met my expectations and then some. The game is fun, the campaign is emotional and while at times cheesy, definitely a story worth telling. The multiplayer is typical Battlefield with a WWI setting and that ain't a bad thing. If you want a break from CoD, I'd recommend trying this one.

I have enjoyed Battlefield games in the past. The last being Bad Company. BF4 and Hardline were merely okay. But, BF1 has redeemed the Battlefield franchise in my opinion. The campaign was very enjoyable and I look forward to playing it again in hard mode. The multi-player is good......The online experience is really up to each user and what they like to do or not do.

Awesome game. Multiplayer. What this series is known for has been improved and is still loads of fun. The new addition, Conquest, is a great fun and is one of the best gametypes out there. Single player. Holds its own, is actually really good and voice acted. There are several story lines each with a series of missions. Each story line can be played at anytime.

I've always been a Call of Duty franchise type of guy. But this year, Battlefield 1 gameplay is so solid and interesting. The maps are always big, but the guns and the players options have improved. Now they've added horses. It really is more interesting to play as a first person shooter than COD imo. Plus, Bestbuy had it for only a fraction of the cost recently.
