Customers are saying

Customers often highlight Battlefield 4's impressive graphics and immersive multiplayer experience as major strengths, with many praising the game's action and realistic portrayal of combat. However, some players express concerns regarding issues with the game's servers and bugs, while others find the campaign mode to be too short. Positive feedback also centers around the game's large maps, variety of vehicles, and engaging storyline. Despite some technical shortcomings, the overall experience is generally considered enjoyable by many players.

It is a great game, but nothing I would consider "life changing" as far as graphics o story line is concerned. Gave it to a friend after about a month to get his opinion. Pretty much the same. ehhhhhhh

Awesome game, really love the multiplayer, great maps and good AI in the Campaign mode. Really awesome weapon choices and good uploads for the game found online. Do Premium if you want all the newest maps ($50).

When this game is working, its an absolute joy to play: amazing maps, great customization for player load outs, great community. However, Dice is notably slow in fixing their own works, and this game worked out no differently. My single player game, which I was several hours and achievement into, was lost in cyberspace. I'm not to keen on starting everyrhing over so I stopped playing the campaign. Multiplayer games can sometimes get glichy, but overall this is all I play now.

I love these series of games, but this one has problems. It has had a lot of updates and sometimes you couldn't get on servers to play. For a few multiplayer games, it lost all my weapon upgrades. It eventually came back after a little bit. It would boot me out in a middle of a game and then I would have to reboot the game up to play again. Overall, the game is fun and a blast with buddies if you can deal with the other issues at times.

The game has a terrible time maintaining campaign data. MP is fast paced. Maps are pretty cool

Battlefield 4 is a decent game, graphics look better on the PS4 version, Get BF4 if you already own Titanfall and Call of Duty.

I have been a Battlefield fan since battlefield 2 on PC. For the most part there have always been some bugs, but the games were always playable. In this case EA rushed the game to market and ended up releasing an ALPHA stage game to us, not worth the money I paid for it, i hope after all these months the kinks get worked out.

This game is mind blowing with its graphics. Though the story is small the game captures key points for a gamer - Satisfaction, graphics and a good story line.

Aside from server queues... Joining with friends can be a real headache. Once everyone is actually connected, it's hard to make sure you are even on the same team if your party is big enough. Other than that- they delivered on their promises. The levels are sized appropriately for each game type and player max. And the world is very interactive. Don't like a wall? Blow it up! Just be careful not to blow up all the structural walls while you're inside a building unless you like being a pancake! Sniping is boatloads of fun and appropriately balanced. You can even change the scope distance to adjust for bullet drop! I was a big CoD player until I got into this on Xbox One- it reminds me of the days when I used to play 1942 and other Battlefield titles on PC. Bigger games, more objectives, and teamwork, teamwork, teamwork! This isn't like CoD where one guy can win a match all by himself. Players can make big contributions, but can't win unless they fit into a teamwork narrative. I'm always worried about balance in games like this with classes and vehicles, but the balance is fantastic. The scariest thing on the battlefield is a well piloted gunship, but even that can be taken down with a little teamwork. If you're looking for a CoD- go play that. This is for the higher level thinkers and team oriented people. The community of players is a lot more kind and helpful than other online communities with lots of trolls.

Battlefield is a great series. The campaign is good but I've never been able to get into the multiplayer. The multiplayer maps are huge and there are 64 player lobbies. There's tanks & vehicles to drive, which are easy and fun. You can fly jets and helicopters if you can figure out how to fly them. They are not easy and require a lot of practice. Over all it's a fun game and worth buying.

The graphics are gorgeous and the arsenal of weapons that you get to choose from are pretty amazing and thought through. I wish the designers knew that the game wouldn't save properly which created a problem everytime I would then the game back on. I'd have to replay the same level about 10 times till it finly started saving in the right place. But the game was a lot of fun over all.

BF4 feels more like a beta game than a full game at the moment. The Online is buggy as hell. But when it works it really fun. Also it still has a bug where your campaign save could get wiped out but they might have patched out in the latest patch. I'd say give this a few more month to let them work out the bugs. But if you must have the game at the moment it's still fun.

The game is solid. Yes there are a few little glitches, but nothing that drastically affects the game. The game is fast, fun, and reasonably difficult. Online gaming is a must. My only issue is with the new standard of designing a game with the intention of putting out $50 map packs/downloads. I miss the days when $60 got you the whole game, not just half of it.
