My son told me that it is good but he plays most the multiplayer option, campaign is also good but he says that the multiplayer is gripping.

You want a review of single player Google it. Not enough companies take into account that a majority of players buy these types of games for the multiplayer. Sure if you're a hardcore gamer or PC gamer, the frame rates or graphics might look outdated or less polished but the game is fun. Heist, Blood Money, & Rescue are all great modes to kill some time online and have enough fun with. I bought into the cops vs robbers theme as opposed to military vs terrorists, same thing in the end but I'd recommend this game to casual gamers.

It's Battlefield! With Cops! I really enjoyed this game, for about 10-15 minutes at a time. Same BF gameplay we all know and love with some nice new additions to keep things fresh. I really enjoyed the new HotWire mode that is essentially the classic BF Conquest except now the flags are cars that must be driven around the map at high speeds in order drive down your enemy's tickets. However, much like every FrostBite based Battlefield game before it, it's not without it's share of hang ups. The most egregious to me of which is the rubber-banding. It has dogged every recent BF game and this is no exception. Every 5-10 minutes I found myself running in place for a moment only to be warped back to a previous location. We're what? 3 or 4 BF games now that have had this issue? I don't think it's ever going to truly be fixed at this point. Who knows, maybe if they actually do fix the rubber-banding some day then I'll go back and change this review score because I really did enjoy my time with the game when it worked properly. They succeeded in doing some new things with a franchise that was starting to feel stagnant and I commend them for it but not without dragging along some classic Battlefield network issues.

It plays like a typical Battlefield game but think more cops and robbers. I feel like this easily could have been a mod for Battlefield 4. There weren't any huge graphical improvements and the game still feels like Battlefield. This isn't a bad thing. Call of Duty follows the same formula. It's the age old saying of if it isn't broke then don't fix it. With that said, I wish there were a bit more variety. While I feel like it is a bit more faster pace than 4, I think this franchise is ready to take the next step.

As other battlefield games, that aren't numbered 1-4, this is a good side game to the main franchise. The story this time around is actually really good. As you beat each episode you get a battlepack that unlocks random items in multiplayer. The multiplayer may not be as big as BF 1-4 but the game modes make up for that. If you want a fast paced Call of Duty mixed with fairly big maps like Battlefield then this is a good mixture. This game is for the shooter fans out there that just want a new shooter.

Great game with a group of friends and the online community is still going strong. It's not BF4, so if you go into this game with that mindset you are going to be dissapointed. A better comparison would be Call of Duty with Battlefield sprinkled in. The maps aren't enormour like BF4 but they're not too small. The pace of the game is solid but can get ridiculous sometimes. Not a fan of the classes and how much grinding it is to unlock certain weapons, but none the less it's not a big deal.

Graphics are great! Excellent story. I was a C.O.D fan. Battlefield is superior. Will continue with battlefield series. I got the PS4 version. Have heard XBOX One is good too. Can't wa for the next installment. A must have for first person shooter.

I bought this game after several of my coworkers were raving about it… Didn't really know much of the franchise outside of the Star Wars edition. This is a great game to get involve them, challenging enough to keep you interested. The game is set up in "episodes" so it's easy to follow the storyline, and take a break when you need to. Online playing can be a bit finicky, so I remove one star for that portion… Overall, a great game I will keep you playing for hours ...

The story is great and multiplayer is even better. Yes it is far fetched in that the amount of money a criminal would spend for a small reward but once past that gameplay is amazing especially with the additions of blood money and Hotwire

If you enjoyed previous entries in the Battlefield serious you'll enjoy Hardline. Great multiplayer Great Campaign.

I initially wasn't going to buy this however I tried the beta and actually had fun so figured I'll buy it. However after playing the multi-player for a few days I'm starting to think I played into the hype. There aren't many guns available for the classes and also it feels too much like a mod that should have been free or much cheaper. That's really the best I can explain it. It's just getting old fast. If you can get it on sale go for it but otherwise I would wait.

Nice change to the single player game, and the same great online play.

This is a spin of the military conflicts and battle drops where in you're either the law enforcement or bad guy criminals. The only parts I miss are high tech air to air combat or armored vehicles which again wouldn't make sense in civilian settings. The game is still lots of fun and offers multiple game modes aside from the traditional capture and hold the base maps. Buy the game there are a lot of cool things to do and the story line is amazing

This is classic Battlefield action. If you enjoyed BF4, you will most likely have a blast playing this as well. It does seem like the destructible environments have been toned down a lot but it does not detract from the core gameplay. The campaign is forgettable and laughable. The story itself is not believable and seems downright outlandish. Run up to a heavily armed criminal and flash your badge and they surrender immediately without alerting anyone nearby.

I have been a battlefield player for the past few years now. Once I started playing battlefield hardline I felt right at home with the controls and the gem play style. He developers did a great job keeping that epic battlefield feel but I would like to see a slightly wider variety of game modes. I don't mean coming up with a toly new game mode, I'm talking about cb ting just a few things in the existing game modes. Overall I love the game. Great work

This game is awesome! The story pays out like a twisted cop drama like the shield. Even has the same captain. The multiplayer seems just as fun. Interesting cops and robbers game types that put a much needed twist on fps games.

I really enjoy playing this game. The campaign and online multiplayer are both really fun and exciting!

Definitely worthy of the "Battlefield" brand. Battlefield Hardline lives up to the name and it does it with those action packed online multiplayer matches and tv-show style single player. Extremely fun.

this game is better than battlefield 4 the cops theme is a fresh take on the series Hotwire mode is a blast in mp... The single player is different not perfect but some might like it more than others. Overall the battlefield mp is as solid as ever hardline is great sequel to the series that you will enjoy specifically if your a battlefield fan don't miss it give it a try I don't think you will be disappointed

It's nice to see Battlefield try something new, while keeping it within the bounds of what could still be considered a Battlefield game. Overall, plays much like Battlefield 4, but not quite as deep on customization. The Cops and Robbers theme is going to be either love it or hate it, but I think it's great, as mentioned, it's developers taking a chance on change, that doesn't happen much in this genre.
