After having considerable difficulties with my old phone, I am pleased as punch with this one. Even my family is happy that communicating with me is much easier. Faster, better pictures, more responsive keyboard!!

There a good set of earbuds for a great price. I didn’t have to spend over 100 dollars for these earbuds that work just as great. I am very satisfied with the product. Also I got the 2 year free replacement insurance.

Good service to expensive shouldn't be charged $20.00 to transfer data from one phone to another

Transfer of data from old to new phone. ATT sent us to Best Buy because y'all were supposed to be able to do a direct wired Data transfer, but when we arrived, we found that you no longer have or offer that capability. Nevertheless, your associate did a wireless transfer that accomplished most of what we'd hoped to do. This Data transfer could have and should have been done by ATT, but apparently, even tho you have some kind of agreement with them, they don't know that you're not doing it "hard-wired".

Ms. Elodia Echeverria (AT&T Certified Advisor) is an exceptional employee. She answered all my questions and made some very good recommendations. Ms. Echeverria was patient and went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me out. I believe she would do very well in a supervisory position. Works good on my computer gives out fast internet even matches my computer too. The price was pretty good too. Best buy workers were pretty helpful to me also when needing help. I didnt even know what this was called or even that it existed. Lol

The gentleman and the phone sales department was very helpful he completed something for me and made it look very easy whereas I probably would have had a hard time doing it thank you very much and keep up the good work

Trying to get Webroot on my iPad was difficult for me and the one who helped me made it look so easy. He was done on no time. Being part of the Geek squad is saving me money and aggravation.

These guys were excellent when it comes to transferring your data in the store. I was very happy and it was such a quick and easy process.

The service is worth it weight in gold...it takes.some time so be ready to.eait.at.least 2 or 3 hours if you have a lot of data...but? Its worth the wait!!

Took a lot longer than they said it would. Everything seemed to transfer over. Was late for a game because of the delay.

Cell phone rep did a great job. Everything was transferred over to my new phone making everything an easy transition.

PC brought in for repair. Technician successfully transferred the hard drive data so that repairs could proceed. No issues noted.

Employees are honest and talented. I bought an iPhone 12 at Verizon and had to go to Best Buy to get it straightened out

Its smart to have this on the screen of your phone. I have already dropped my phone and both the shield and glass were protected.
