    GREAT SOUND - GREAT PRICE

These headphones are absolutely perfect! I bought them and was a little skeptical because of the reasonable price of $130, especially since most Beats by Dre headphones are pretty overpriced just because of the brand. When I tried these, I was VERY surprised at the quality of them. First of all, they're bendable (stretchy headband), they're comfortable, have a nice design, have the iPhone remote which works with Apple obviously and even Android phones, and finally have the sound quality to match the brand name! The bass is still strong but not overwhelming, and the treble and clarity is much improved and the headphones sound FAR better than the older Beats. They sound good with every genre of music, especially rock, pop, and rap. And they cancel noise better than most earphones even though they're not actually noise cancelling.

These beats are everything they claim to be. They're light weight, comfortable, and sound great. I've owned several beats headphones and they have all hurt my ears because of their weight. These headphones don't fold but the price and quality are awesome.

Beats EP on-ear headphones have great sound, fits comfortably on my ears, and feel sturdy and durable. The color finish looks really smooth and shows the high quality. The sound is definitely a major plus as the bass is just right.

Bought these headphones for my teenage daughter (extremely picky and demanding) After 2 hours when she had come out of her room from doing homework she came downstairs and gave me a hug and a kiss and I was surprised, but she told me the sound was great, they were comfortable and she loved them. Best headphones ever.

I had been curious about Beats headphones for some time now. I like that these are wired (so no downtime for charging). Has a mic and remote that works with my phone. I have used them for music and for gaming. They feel fairly comfortable over long periods (and I do have a larger head). The sound blocking is pretty decent just from the earcups against the ears. The sound is good, they are a little bass heavy, which is lost sometimes with some types of over the ear sets. The thing is, I got these for a radiculous cheap price on sale. I'm glad I did, because even though they sound good, I'm not sure the level of sound quality justifies the price tag at full asking price.

Wonderful For Those on a Budget!

The Beats EP Headphones are some of the best for those looking for quality headphones on a budget. I have owned my beats for well over a month now and the comfort and sound quality are incredible. The Positives 1. The comfort. I can wear these headphones for hours upon hours and not feel the need to take them off. The plush cushions do wonders for my ears, and the headband doesn't hurt the top of my head—even after extensive use. 2. The sound. The noise cancelling on these headphones work well, and muffle out all sounds; even when there's nothing playing. When you are listening to music you're in for a treat! The headphones are perfect for listening to music and I often listen to songs as I work on artwork or literary work. The Negatives 1. My one complaint is the wire; though it's minor. The only issue is that it can get in the way, and potentially be a hassle for someone who has a lot of wires for their setup. I for one, use multiple wires on the daily, so it can be mildly annoying when things get crossed up. But as I said, it's a minor nitpick and nothing to really worry about. Conclusion! I really adore these headphones and would recommend them to anyone looking for good headphones with limited funds. The wire can get in the way, but overall, the headphones are well worth the purchase!

Bought this to travel with, ended up using it all the time. To the point, I bought another one because I kept using it all the time. Now that I have gotten used to headphones I think I can graduate to the wireless no becasue the chord is very long and sometimes gets caugh up or snagged on things. The sound quality is good. It is comfortable.

Bought these for my teenage son last year. They have held up well as they get everyday use and have been dropped a couple of times. Seems to keep the external noise at bay.

I really like them. I listen to music to fall asleep so I need something comfortable. I did find them to be a bit heavy so if I moved around too much they would slide off. I use them for my iPod Classic and I think the sound is good. A very nice balanced product for a reasonable price.

My son is not able to use the in ear headphones or earbuds due to several surgeries on his eardrums as a young child. He is 29 years old now and said the beats are the best headphones he has ever had! He used to own the Monster brand for years, and he really loved them until I accidentally broke them. He has never wanted Beats, actually asked for another, cheaper brand but I got these on black Friday sales, he was very surprised by how much he enjoys these headphones! Said the sound quality is amazing, they are comfortable as well he said he can take phone calls while wearing them. If you are on the fence about them don't worry, as my son is a major music lover who would be a great critic of anything & he said he was very happy with these & absolutely grateful to have them!

These headphones were cheaper than the other beats so I was wondering if the sound would be good - it's great!. They're comfortable, have a nice design, and the bass is strong but not overwhelming. They cancel noise even though I don't think they are per se noise cancelling. For the price these are a must have.

Much better value than Solo3, wish cable detached

I did a review on Solo3, wish they still had an option for wired and not made you pay for the wireless ones. Anyway, the only new wired and "affordable" option are the EPs. I personally like the streamline design, the headband feel strong and flexible when twisted. Might even be more sturdy than the Solo line because of this. However, the biggest issue I have is the cable is not removable. Why?!? Guess not a huge deal, but if mic breaks on the cable (which happens A LOT), I would like to be able to simply replace a cable and not the whole headphones or go without. Sound is pretty good to, close to if not on par with the Solo line. However, even though I kind of like the design, my daughters and their friends do not and call them cheap. While they are less then the other more overpriced lines of Beats, $80-$120 is not a cheap. Being Beats, they are still overpriced. However, being the only wired set you can currently but (excluding earbuds), they are the best value Beats has.
