These are over the ear headphones. I need that since I wear hearing aids and in the ear models require removal of the hearing aids. These headphones perform very well in noisy fitness center environments. They are not wireless and use a cable to connect to the device (iPod, etc.). My iPod requires a corded headphone in order to use the radio since the cord serves as an antenna. I am very pleased with the performance of these headphones.

I bought these for my 9 year old daughter and they are perfect for her. They are not as expensive as the other Beats, but I'd say the quality is just the same. The only drawbacks are they are not wireless and they do not fold up, but for $99 they do the job!

I bought my 17 year old daughter the wireless Rose Gold Solo Dre Beats and she liked them. I noticed my younger daughter who's 12 was a little jealous that I bought her some cheap ones so when I saw these for $79.99 I thought that's not a bad price, so I bought them for her, there not wireless but she's happy and that's all that matters!

Got these for my ten year old, and he loves them! I went with the ones with a cord because they wireless are more pricey and I wanted to make sure he takes care of these first before spending too much on a pair.

I picked these up on sale for my son. Wanted to go wireless but those were so much more expensive and having this wired set eliminated another thing we need to worry about keeping charged.

Got these for my dad for his birthday. He mainly uses them to watch videos from his phone on the couch. He's 60 years old and uses them daily. There was no need for the wireless ones.
