Theirs no line no wait because there are so many employees ready and available to serve every customer. The store is always well clean and pleasant smell. The best customer service! The sound is amazing and noise cancelling works as well as wireless buds can do. The wingtips to hold in the buds hurt too much in one ear, but everyone else I had try it thought it felt great. I would recommend trying it out before buying it for its fit, but the sounds is great

The noise canceling works great, the dolby atmos is amazing when using hifi audio streaming like Apple music, the portable charging case is convenient, the color options are solid, switching between my iphone and ipad is instant since these have the apple H1 chip, and they don’t fall out of my ear when I’m working out! I use these while working, travel, fitness, podcasts, and even have them blue toothed to my Nintendo switch.

They fit great, like the sound and how you can turn on the noise canceling when needed.
