The first pair that I received had no audio through the right earbud, and after searching online there was no fix for it, and the only solution was to request another. My second pair has worked for a few weeks, so I suppose it’s just up to luck.

These are the best headphones I've ever used. My old headphones would fall out while I walked. I knew I needed to go in another direction. After purchasing these, I can work out and enjoy music while I exercise.

Don't always fit the best, battery life is pretty poor. Bought my mom a $60 pair of Anker headphones on Amazon, and they have all the features of this set, better sound quality, better fit, better battery life AND wireless charging.

I wanted to like these more for the price. It might just be my weird ears but they hurt to wear for more than 2 hours. I’ve verified that I’m putting them in the correct placement and changed out inner ear piece to fit better. Overall sound is great, no complaints in that part. I do like taking my calls with headphones, my job doesn’t leave my hands available. I’ve had people complain about voice quality.

This pair of headphones works extremely well for the gym, noise cancellation works about half as well as the AirPods Pro, a solid trade off for a much sleeker look. These headphones also have much more defined bass, if you are considering these headphones buy a CASE, the charging case is very cheap and will break

The buds themselves are excellent. I bought them for the design i was tired of airpods pro stem hence went with this design. The case is the most degrading part of the experience. The lid of the case wobbles. I didn’t expect it from beats Apart from the case I’m satisfied with the buds

Love these! Great sound quality and very comfortable

I love how it has noise cancellation but still safe when in a working environment. Just upset about the locating portion on the beats. Currently lost them at work and there is no way to locate them or mark them as lost as in the airpods.
