    They don’t fit. They will not stay in my ear. I tried everything, including ear buds from other ear phones. I bought these because they were advertised to fit securely. Not the case. Sound is good when I hold them in my ear.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THESE. I purchased these online and didn't use them for the 1st two weeks. Upon activating them I found out the left ear bud didn't work. I spend my time and gas to go to an Apple store that Best buy sent me to in order to get them fixed on-site. The Apple store informed me they sent them off. The same as Best buy. So that was a waste of my time and gas. I immediately went back to Best Buy. I had them send them off to get them fixed. Around a month and a half went by with no idea as to how long my wait would be. I purchase a set of Bose UC ear buds. The day I got them Best buy informed me my Beats were back from getting fixed. I picked the Beats up and came home to find out nothing has changed. The left ear bud was exactly in the same condition as when I sent them off. I also noticed when checking out the different ear buds on Amazon that the Beats are flagged as a frequently returned item. Hummm... I wonder why that is? Maybe because they are constantly defective. I'm pretty sure Best Buy will review this review and decide it doesn't look good for them and not post it.

    The sound is great, but the rest of the headphone is terrible. They are always popping out of my ears randomly, and the battery life is like half of what it says it is. I'm going back to my FAVVY.... the PowerBeat Pro
