    This item has great sound quality. But it sucks because the volume is controlled by your phone. It seems strange that it would go really high when my phone was inside my pocket. Or it would go really low. And I’m using this for work and it’s super annoying to have to take my phone out just to correct the volume every time it did this. That’s why i returned them. It’s super hard to find good headphones that stay in your ear and have the functionality you need.

    Sound may be okay but I’m using the smallest ear piece and they are still too big for me (adult female). I have to continuously push them into my ears even when just walking. I don’t run but if I did they would definitely fall out within minutes.
