These earbuds are awful. I own the studio wireless and they are awesome. I was so disappointed in the quality of these earbuds and apple care. Apple care is a joke they wouldn't exchange them. Maybe this is something bestbuy should have stated when purchased.

These are cool. The part that supposed to help hold in your ear makes it sore after awhile.

I really like the earbuds! I just wish they were a bit more comfortable for my small ears.

Hard to hear and connect to my iPhone. The volume wasn't the best

They dont have the best sound bass but they are perfect for me to go for a run and work out!

Overall, not satisfied with this product. Every time I would try to push the ear buds back into my ear, the button would accidentally get pushed and start or stop play. The design that holds the pods in my ear did not work, I much prefer the over the ear design.

It was a present this year and it went off without a hitch. Will continue to buy from beats

Not worth the money. If you leave them in your car during the summer they will not connect. Almost never automatically connects. Worthless in suana. Wish I could return.

Don’t like these at all. I wish I didn’t get them actually because they do not stay in my ear. Idk if my ear is too small I’ve tried adjusting with the different ear pieces for it but still always falls out. Id go with the wireless beats with the hook those are the best I’ve ever had!

The sound quality wasn’t very clear. It sounded like muffled.

I expected better, due to the price and how comfortable they were, but I was greatly disappointed by the qc on the app/software. They dont work without the app for Android at all. Yet with the app they also only work 30% of the time due to a long list of problems caused by the terrible app.

Hurts my ears. Wish i could change out the size of the wings

They are really touch sensitive would not recommend buying them unless you want to fiddle with them all the time

They don’t fit my ears, so they are always slipping out, and after a couple of hours my ears start to hurt

The Earbuds don't stay in place well and are really sensitive to disconnect calls.

The sound was awful. Even with the volume turned to max, I could barely hear music, podcasts, etc. Troubleshooting didn't fix the problem. When I looked online, I saw other people had the same problem with this product.
