  • Broke in less than a month and not fixable

    I ordered these as Christmas gift for my son. He used them only a few times and they broke. We called to have them fixed or replaced and was told since I didn’t purchase the warranty there was nothing I could do. So extremely disappointed. They didn’t last a month. I should’ve been able to at least exchange them. Poor service.

    They were great. Until a month and a half in and the left ear bud pretty much just quit working. Best Buy told me the date of exchange (2 wks after purchase) had passed and there was nothing they could do about it and ended the chat. I had hardly even used them.

    The case is extremely cheap, you could probably put your thumb through the plastic. Case battery will only charge the headphones to 100% once, needs to be constantly recharged. For the quality of the material and technology these should be priced closer to $75

    They do not hold a good charge. The battery on lasts for about 2-3 hours.
