I was very excited to try this wireless earbuds but to my surprise I was disappointed. The earbuds slip out of my ears. I bought these for running - total fail. It's too late now for a refund.

Saw that the device and l mean within months break from the ear hook which if thatscthe issue wouldvlike to return them

DO NOT BUY. Faulty product, right earbud refuses to connect to bluetooth.

The price is too high for a poor quality product that doesn’t even comes with mag charge

These things didn’t even fit my ear at all. The wing tip didn’t reach into the upper canal and the bulge on the earbuds hurt my ear like no other earbud I’ve ever worn.

The sound quality is not that good, and they tend to slip out of your ear. Worst part is when they pair to multiple items (i.e. computer etc..), they lose the connection with the app on your phone.

They were surprisingly horrible. Sound quality was mid sounded raspy. was sad to say, don’t recommend.

These earbuds suck. Probably the worst I've ever had. I returned them and got the Jabra Elite 8 Active.

Battery does not hold the amount of hours stated on instructions. Fall out ears no matters what you do to hold them in place, bad disigned. Disconnect automatically from bluetooth frequently. OVER PRICE.

I will start by saying, Beats did a great job in designing these. Starting with the case. Its a sleek and small design that fits nicely in a pants pocket . It is very sturdy feeling and has held up very well in metal shop. Battery life is great for all day use. The case also offers several charges as well. They are very comfortable and stay in my ears even under heavy activity. With active noise canceling they have served as great to cancel unwanted sounds from interrupting my music at work. The sound quality is great, plenty of bass even being just a ear bud. I would 100% recommend these if you're looking for a true wireless earbud

No one can here me while on a phone call. And when trying to put them in while on a call it hangs up. Horrible product. Waste of money and return policy sucks

Terrible!!! Headphones worked great and then the app had me do a firmware update, now I can't get both headphones to work and they keep glitching in and out. This is what $200 gets you now??? Thanks

I will never recommend this device it always desconected n doesn't want to get connected again

I was loving them until now my right side constantly disconnects or just shuts off like it’s dead. I will be going in this weekend to get my money back .

People struggle to hear me. I really thought these were better then the air pods. I honestly wasted money

The wingtip is gonna crack after probably 4 months of you’re lucky! And is not covered by warranty. I got one replaced and the 2nd one has the same issue already.
