The wing tip can only do so much. It depends on the rest of the earbud on how it will sit in your ear. I have to shove mine in . When i grin or even vibrations of walking will make them fall out. I probably should’ve tried the beats flex. I will deal with them bc they’re a heavy bit of money & the return policy is mad short. Super great especially for working out. Takes some time getting used to, but definitely worth it.

Sadly, I have not had the experience of others on here. Sound is great, the fit stellar but the connection was terrible. Even with my phone in the chest pocket of my North Face vest, if I turned my head, the connection would drop out. I have many other earbuds, many are cheaper in make and quality, and none drop out at all like these do. I so wanted them to be awesome but nope, they are not. I returned mine two days after firmware updates, resetting, etc. Nothing helped.

Dissconnects for no reason. Will be listening and will disconnected for no reason. Otherwise not a bad product.

The sound is amazing on the Beats Fit Pro and it syncs perfectly with my phone. It is hard keeping the headphones in my ear and can sometimes be uncomfortable.

Only reason they aren't 5 stars is because the little wings hurt my ears after a while. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but I feel like they should have designed the wings without the hard angles and left them a touch less rigid.

Bought 2 pairs of these within a week of eachother and both had right ear connectivity issues and had to be returned. The case wouldn’t recognize the earbud being removed. The problem was replicated by a couple people all with different phones. The case/headphone software were up to date and resetting the case with the headphones in had no effect. Poor quality for a $200 set of headphones.

Their great honestly! But I just bought them today put them both on and the one on my left ear goes off and on for no reason? Do u think it’s just the ear tip doesn’t fit my ear and I should change it?

I had JBL ones that recently died. Lasted five years so ok. So in comparison these don’t have the same EQ controls. The noise cancelling isn’t cancelling. Thr quality sound of my music isn’t as rich as the JBLs. I guess it’s a preference. Voice calls are ok.

I think that Beats AirPods are better than ATT AirPods. A great listening experience. I will never buy anything else but Beats.!

I was so EXCITED to finally purchase these earbuds only to be 100% disappointed in them. They are not comfortable at all!!! After less than 20 minutes wearing them, the outside of my ear (wear the clip went) was so sore and achy. I had the right size piece for my ear which was the smallest and even watched a video online to make sure I was wearing them properly. I was so mad because if they didn’t hurt they would have been 5 stars! Sound is great, noise canceling is amazing, and style is perfect and sleek! Color is beautiful too. So sad that I didn’t pay much attention to all the reviews complaining about how much the ear clips caused pain. Not worth the money, even if they are on sale it’s not worth it to me. Great sound HORRIBLE design. One more thing…they kept moving and falling out as well. When I tried to adjust them during a phone call it hung up the call! Very unhappy with this purchased yet relieved that I was able to get a refund since it was within 15 days! Don’t wait for them to feel better! If they hurt, return ASAP!!!!

Sound quality is amazing! However, not appropriate for smaller ears, will pop out despite the built in anchor.

Good Quality earbuds, just not Excellent, or Great, in sound. Overall I’m satisfied.

The best ear buds that anyone should get. Unless you want the big bulky kind.

The sound quality of these are good, but they are horrible to wear for any amount of time. The tips to keep them in your ear are very uncomfortable and cause my ears to hurt. I have tried to just get used to them, thinking that it would get better with time but they are still terrible. I will be ordering something else.
