Disappointing
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, I enjoyed them when I first got them. The sound quality is great (not the best.) I was a little skeptical when purchasing them because I have yet to acquire a set of headphones with the gummy inserts that actually fit in my ear. I thought with the extra support from the little finger it would stay in place and it did but not the best. After a while I found them falling out even though I would consistently press them back in my ears while exercising. Now they will not stay at all and it is really frustrating trying to get an exercise in while battling the headphones. The features are cool and I love how quickly they connect to my phone. Music sounds great and noise canceling is cool. I just wish they would stay in my ear… as they were engineered to do. At the end of the day I have the same problem with any headphone that has the gummy ear insert and I should have known better. I just gave them away to my partner and now on to the next pair of headphones I’ll try out SMH.

I would ask around before buying…
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The beats ear buds may work for others, but they definitely haven’t worked for me. I bought these to replace my AirPods bc they were starting to not hold a charge nor stay connected. I love my over the ear beats so thought these have to be as good of quality as those. Well, it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting the ear buds pop out all the time when I workout or even just walking around with them. It is so frustrating. It takes more time messing with them than I get with a full workout. I have tried multiple attachments but none of them work. The sound quality is decent, but doesn’t bring the bass like my other beats. These are a lot of money not to work or bring the quality you’d expect.

Not connecting/charging
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 weeks in the left side only charges to 10-15 % and have issues at times connecting one of the buds. Have to put back in the case, disconnect from Bluetooth and then they will work. All software has been updated. Have appointment at Genius Bar to see what’s wrong.

Brats Fit Pro Ear Buds
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far not happy with the battery life, drains very quickly. Also the left ear bud only charges to 96%, will not change to 100%. Sound is good but with other issues thinking of returning them.

No good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound in these is just subpar compared to my AirPods. I wanted to love them but I’m not able to adjust the EQ to make the sound feel full. They are comfortable but every time I adjust them I hit the start play button, which is annoying. Sadly I’m one day past the return date or these would be going back to pasture.

The Sound is great he build quality is terrible!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved these while they lasted as simple as that! After about 10 months the left wingtip completely tore off and now that side will not stay in my ear therefore voiding any usefulness I have for it! For $200 you’d think they’d make the wingtips more durable but nope & they’re on sale now but why buy them again if my next pair will probably have torn wingtips in 6 months! Before then they were 5 stars, always stayed in my ear no matter if I was working out or just laying down. And the battery life was amazing I never had to worry about them dying on me, but because I paid $200 for a product that only lasted 10 months I am not happy! Do better beats!

Not as tough as advertised
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good ear buds until they started falling apart. Rubber started getting soft and actually fell apart. Took to the store not even near my year and was told sorry. Cheaper to buy a new pair. Apple wouldn’t cover or Best Buy would stand by the ear buds either.

So Confused....
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let's start with the positive. 1. They are easy to connect to an iphone. 2. The color is pretty. 3. They are comfortable and fit in the ear very well. I have small ears and they didn't hurt me, nor did they fall out during a workout. But that is where the positive ends. I have always had Bose earbuds, but decided to get these Beats based on the reviews and wanted to save a few bucks. How do these have such good reviews?? There is nothing "noise cancelling" about them. You could hear a mouse whisper with the noise canceling turned on. The sound is terrible, it almost sounds like every song or TikTok video is coming through a tin can. Maybe I got a defective pair? As I was listening to Spotify, a playlist I have listened to 100's of times, the sound coming through was starting to hurt my ears. One song would be loud, one would be quiet, one would have a sharpness to it. I was constantly having to mess with the volume. I can not return these things fast enough.

I Really Wanted to Love These But...
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these on Sept 8th, 2022 because I wanted a pair of earbuds to wear during my morning run because my Bose over the ear headphones were uncomfortable in the Arizona heat and were getting too sweaty. My criteria for earbuds: stay in/not too uncomfortable, noise cancelling, sweat proof, sound good. I got them and was excited because they stayed in my ears!!! Totally unlike my Samsung earbuds. I used them every single day during my 2+ mile morning walk/run. Here's what happened: The moment I started running, the sound would change from "center of the head" to "outside/tinny". One earbud would play at a different speed than the other. The fix: stop running, star walking. Pause them. Play. If they were still odd sounding or playing at different speeds, pause them, take them out of my ears, put them back in and hit play. And so on. For two miles. Some days more. After the first day I tried using the medium earbuds instead of the small ones. The medium hurt my ears after extended use (over an hr), but when I ran, they mostly worked without the odd sound or different at playing speeds. However, as 15 days got closer (Best Buy's return/exchange window), the change in sound location and playing speeds got worse and worse until I was seriously considering chucking them mid walk (who brings their case on a run?!). I cursed them out multiple times. In addition to that, the sound wasn't very loud (my pixel3 usually had to be as loud as it can go-completely maxed), AND the Bluetooth cut out a few times every morning when I swung my arm over my hip pocket with the phone. I exchanged that pair for another pair - same color everything. It's now been 7 days since the exchange. They started doing the different playing speeds since day one. They have done the odd sound thing since day one. They also have had connectivity issues with my phone and aren't very loud. I'm probably going to return them and buy the Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds since they're now the same price. I've never had any of these playing or connectivity or loudness problems with any of the other headphones I've ever bought, including the Beats By Dre over ear earbuds.

What's your intended use.....
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will preface this with the understanding that you will either love these or hate these depending on what you are using them for. I am looking for an alternative to the Air Pods Pro I currently have. The Air Pods are having nothing but issues with crackling, feedback, and the non-medical grade silicone is irritating my skin beyond words. I figured that between needing a dermatologist as well as less-than-ideal-quality for the price results, it was time for something new. I'll start with the positives: The case is solid, and the earbuds fit much better than they do in an Air Pod case for consistent charging. The music sound was top notch, much better than expected. The noise cancelling worked really well and is quite comparable to the Air Pods Pro. The case seemed to charge quickly. As with anything now for price savings, there is no brick, so be prepared to be on the hunt for one you already have. Now the not so good: I have smaller ears and the fit on this was not at all comfortable. They felt very bulky in the ear and with the weight of them, they were very uncomfortable. The angle just didn't work the best with my ear shape. The phone quality was so bad it was a waste of time to even include the option with these. These are strictly for music listening unless you're fine sounding like you're in a tunnel from 1999. That part was very disappointing for the price point. As you may know, Apple bought Beats, so it was disappointing that it doesn't allow for lightning charges or wireless charging options at this price point. These are in line with the Air Pod Pros, so it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Again, an Apple failure, there is not auto ear detection. You'll have to connect every time you want to use them. I have a 14 Pro Max and it took me a minute to realize that was the issue. Also, a nitpick thing, is that these have no initial charge in them. You will have to fully charge them to even see how they work with your phone. Again, not a deal breaker, just a pain when you're trying to find something to work. The other super disappointing thing was that I believe the technical articles I read are true about these. I am no engineer, technical person, or conspiracy theorist, and I am NO professional. This is simply my opinion based on technology articles I've found while desperately trying to find a solid replacement option. I went in trying to be as open as possible as I'm so tired of Air Pods. The technical reviews were stating that with all the missing Apple components like the Air Pod chips, they're cheaply made and have metal pieces to give the illusion of weight, equaling quality. I believe it is why these feel super heavy in the ear. I've used the over ear ones for years, and honestly, these have a very similar weight to them, it's almost hard to describe. With the way they are supposed to fit in the ear, the weight is crazy. Overall, if you're looking for a noise cancelling music focused earbud these might be a solid option, but not great quality for the money if you're looking for an all-around unit. I plan to return these and I'm trying the Bose option now instead. I'm hoping that will be a better investment.

Sound Quality Not Even Medicore
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I actually bought these by accident thinking I bought Bose headphones. I was extremely disappointed when I realized the mistake because I gave away my AirPod pros because all Apple headphones have garbage sound. These are Apple AirPods in a different body. The noise cancellation is top tier and the overall sound is clear, but it’s so flat with minimal bass. I like the actualr shape of the headphones because they fit in ny ear and “clip” in, but there is always a struggle to get it adjusted just right. Would not recommend these if you’re looking for quality but if you’re buying for the brand name, have at it.

Good product, but…..
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved the product and it was working great. Easy to pair with my iPhone. Used them for traveling and for the gym. Unfortunately, the right side randomly stopped working. I tried some troubleshooting but nothing worked went back to the store u purchased from, explained the issue, and was hoping for just an exchange. Apparently online says 60 return policy, but was told that is only for Best Buy + members and that I only have 14 days. I can pay for repair that would cost around $200 or more. Ended up having to buy another pair (from another retailer) since I needed them for an upcoming trip I have the following day.

Technical Issues
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will never, ever, buy a Bets product again. I have bought and returned this product only to have the second pair have major issues after 3 months. Half of the time on of the buds will not work and I have to reset them. Once I reset them it takes days before I am able to pair them again. This sucks when I am getting on a flight only to not be able to use my headphones or when I get to the gym. 100% disappointed with the quality.

OUCH!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately... these did not work for me. They were just way too big for my outer ear. I'm a petite woman with very small ears, and the plastic of these buds filled my lower ears completely, creating multiple hot spots where the buds pressed against the cartilege uncomfortably. It hurt so much after 90 min of wear that my ears were aching when I tried to sleep on on my side with a pillow later. There also isn't room in my ear for both the bud and the wing tip so the wing kept flipping out and then the whole bud would pop out of my ear. I watched the fit videos but it just wouldn't fit like it was supposed to for me. Also, every time I adjusted one in my ear, I would somehow accidentally press the button. I can't tell you how many times I dropped out of calls without intending to. Once, I was lying on my side watching a show but every time my head leaned against the sofa, the button would activate and pause my show. I talk on the phone a LOT and was super frustrated by one call in particular where I dropped 4 times in an hour from inadvertedly pressing the button. Yes the connection to my iPhone was flawless and the sound quality was excellent, but none of that matters if your ears are on fire from a poor fit. Best Buy made the return very easy and I grabbed a set of Airpod 3s which are a better fit for my ear shape.

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was heavily disappointed with this purchase. Sound quality is great!
