Awesome sound, great price. Ordered the refurbished and they arrived just like new with warranty, manual, additional cushions, etc.

They are very comfortable to wear and they don’t fall out of your hears when moving about. The sound is not well balanced, really no base at all which is disappointing.

These are comfortable and do not fall out like others. They have great sound and knock out outside noise. They work for me.

I was very disappointed when I pressed play on my phone. The sound was so dull. There was absolutely no bass. I changed the EQ in my settings, but it didn't make a difference whatsoever. I ended up returning the headphones because of the extremely underwhelming sound. I love beats (I own PowerBeats and Beats Studios), but these just didn't live up to the quality that I'm used to. The stock EarPods that came with my iPhone sound much better than these refurbished BeatsX. Maybe I just received a dud, and that's the risk I took by ordering a refurbished pair. I wasn't able to compare the sound to another pair because there weren't any on display at the store, but I can't imagine a new pair having such bad quality.

Purchased these refurbished and couldn't even tell the difference. Sound great and not too heavy which is what I wanted.

First learned of BeatsX from a friend that is a huge apple enthusiast. He stated he preferred them over the AirPods. I had purchased a set (full retail) for a friend's B'day who was ecstatic. Her husband who used a Bose Headset loved them as well. For his B'day and as a gift to myself I purchased the refurbs....The only difference was in the packaging..the rubber earcaps are placed in the box and not on the device. Both units have been working well for months..no issues.

Good thing there are many ear bud adapters that come with these. My initial impression of audio quality was disappointing until I got the right fit, which basically seals your ear canal from the outside world. Once this is done, sound greatly improved. Only downside is using them when making calls, because having ears plugged makes it hard to tell how loud you are talking. Simple solution is to just use one bud or pull buds out slightly when making calls. PS: Certified refurb = like new, and quite a bit less expensive, especially for the gray model. (I did have to hold down button for a while initially to reset--I guess previous pairing was still in there. Once I did this, pairing super easy, just as easy as AirPods).

These are great... battery last a long time, and these also are great for iPhone owners who want the easy pairing feature that the AirPods have... they connect super easy to your iPod or iPhone with the new W1 chip.

Wireless, loud, good sound, fits in ear great.. No complaints, excellent product and I got them on sale. All smiles.

These headphones sound great and pair easily with your iPhone. Since Apple eliminated the headphone jack, this is the solution. And no headphone wires to get all tangled up & knotted. My kids love them.

so easy to use with no wires and it sits around the neck very comfortably. Also the 2 hr 5 min charger is clutch.

I have bought refurnished beats headphone. It looks like new .. working very good. But they have changed the charger for this headphone . Instead of Apple charger they gave mini usb.thats why 4 rating

These headphones are great for those who want wireless headphones for working out or for noise cancellation. The headphones stay around your neck like a loose necklace when you want them close by but not in your ears during a certain time. They arrived like-new (I couldn't tell they had been used at all, except that they came in a generic box) but I cleaned them with a disinfecting wipe just to be sure. Good-as-new for just 65 dollars was a great deal in my mind.

I love these earphones. The sound is decent, but I have to use memory foam tips for it to get a good seal. The battery is not as good as I’d like it to be. I just make it through the day.

I'm not a fan of earbuds but I like it for work and the gym. I use them every day and only have to charge them for like 20 minutes at a time between work and going to the gym. No complaints though

Fabulous Sound ,ease of use .. Easy to keep clean and charge .So lightweight SO MUCH DEPTH of SOUND....

The price is right, and they feel great, but the BeatsX are a little too cable-y and a little too bassy.

Needed Bluetooth headphone earbuds for work, these were a great option. I had to buy new tips, because the silicone ones included weren’t fitting my ear right. Otherwise they sound great
