These headphones produce great sound for music and are much lighter than I expected, the mic for phone conversations is also very good. I bought the geek-squad refurbished ones to save over 50% off the Brand New (non-sale) retail price, and they work just fine, I really couldnt convince myself to spend $200 on headphones for myself.

The thing that I liked about this headphones is the design. I tried other headphones like Samsung Circle and LG Tones. But one thing was the same, they would always fall out my ears. The loop around the ear is a must for me. Sound quality is good. Its loud enough and not over the top to beat my eardrums out. Carrying case it's nice to have

I ordered refurbished this time. My first pair got damaged at controls with time. So I'm expecting the same to happen with these because I know a couple other people this happened to. When my refurbished came in, they were missing earbuds. Can't use without the earbuds. I returned those and after a week, got them with unmatching black earbuds. But this time, the strap adjuster was missing. I just will deal with it. I need them for running and don't have time to complain. Just realized I did get what I paid for. Other than that, they are great for running.

I was a little skeptical about buying refurbished earbuds but for the price I couldn't resist. And I'm glad I did...they're awesome! Looks new and works flawlessly.

I'm purchased the Powerbeats 2 refurbished thinking that they would be good, but it received them the speaker on the right was not working properly. If ended switching for a new pair but have to say that the battery and the reception for the price is NOT WORTH IT. It have a SAMSUNG NOTE 5, AND having in my jacket chest pocket and the Powerbeats in get a lot of static.not even 2 feet away.

I recently received my refurbished Powerbeats, they were horrific. There was wax build up on the earphones and dirt on the ear hooks. Very disappointing for Best Buy not to a least clean products that are getting refurbished. I've purchased a lot of refurbished products from Best Buy and this has to be my worst experience so far.

I bought these because I got toasted badly buying the Jaybirds from BestBuy! I wanted a set of phones I could use for workouts and that had decent controls. These Powerbeats2 Wireless Earbuds have good sound, decent bass and good volume controls when I play my tunes. Friends tell me I sound good on the phone, and the Beats are lightweight, but not flimsy. They fit well and seem sturdy. The charge lasts a long time, also! So far, so good. They were Geek refurbs, so I saved some dough! Overall very pleased!!

The sound is good, but you can hineatly get the same sound from a much less expensive brand. I do love the stability of the product. I never have to worry about comfort or having them fall out during a run. Also Bluetooth is all I will buy for active day to day situations. Make life so much easier. The sound is just about the same as a pair of skullcandy earbuds with more bass. Which is not a bad thing. Happy with my purchase

Volume control broke down after just 1 month of use.

original headphones may be good,but refurbished are not good at all,one left side working,right side only 15% sound.Dont buy refurbished

I have had this exact, refurbished pair for 8 years. One of the metal pieces came out of the rubber protector but other than that they still work well. I get about 3 gym sessions out of them. I know that’s nothing by today’s standards but they lasted 8 YEARS! I am finally upgrading but will be keeping these as backup for sure.

worst piece of cheap ever purchased 5 months done would of been better off with dollar store ear buds

This is a bluetooth headset. It pairs easily with my iPhone, IPad, Mac, and PC. I use it for listening to music and news, and long phone calls. Music quality is good, but not fantastic, thus the 4 rating, but at this price point the sound quality is good enough. I like the over the ear loops. They really help keep the headset on my head There were 3 sets of earpieces in the package, and I found one that fit well for me. I expect most people would find a decent fit. These headphones charge on micro usb, so I just plug it in to a USB port on my computer after using. I not sure how long the battery lasts, as it hasn't run out. I've used it for over 3 hours at a time with no battery issues.

I have tried the best LG had to offer. These most resemble the sound quality of nice wired earbuds. At first, they weren't loud even when I had the volume on my phone all the way up - but then I realized the volume on the earbuds also needed to be up - once I did that, the sound was phenomenal. They key however is to make sure the ear plug you pick completely seals up your ear canal. If it just sits in there, a lot of the sound, especially the bass, escapes - and doesn't sounds very good. The comfort level is great. It fits perfectly on my ear. The battery has between 6-8 hours on a charge. There is no warning that the battery is about to die, they just give a shutdown cadence and blip - gone. That's fine - it just caught me off guard the first time it happened. Phone conversations work great. There is no issue with talking on my end or the person listening. They tell me my voice is crystal. I'd buy again. I got the refurbs for less then 1/2 price the $200 new sticker price. Well worth it when it's still returnable to the store.

Decent sound, good bass, and no lag like other Bluetooth headphones I've used. Earplug options are good for varying ear canal sizes. Ear hooks fit well once you have them adjusted, and will not fall off like regular earbuds. Not a fan using it as a phone headset. Sometimes my callers can't hear me, and doesn't have good noise reduction.

So I decided on buying a pair of black and red Powerbeats 2 refurbished headphones from bestbuy. The reason was I already had a pair of black and red studio wireless and wanted a matching color way. I read many of the previous reviews but with Best Buy I felt it was a win win. Either they worked or I would take it to the store across the street. So I ordered the headphones and when they came they were nicely packaged. I got all 3 pairs of earbuds sealed, the USB cable, and the hard case. The headphones were very nice no scratches or marks. They paired right away with my iPhone7 plus. The sound is good. I put my iPhone down and walked a good 15-20 feet across the house with no issues with sound. Buttons worked great and sound is good. Bluetooth also good and my friend said I sounded clearer on the phone. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Bought them for someone and they can't live without them. They use them to workout, talk on the phone, and go to work in them. The sound is very clear. The charge last for a long time. The bluetooth portion and wireless part of it was the best of all.

This was a Christmas present from my wife and I loved them! I'm a student and need them so I can shut the world out and study. I also use them when I travel and don't want to have to listen to other people's conversations or snoring on the plane. They have a superior quality, long battery life, and sleek look. I definitely recommend this item.

I have owned four different pairs of Bluetooth headphones, used primarily for running. These provide the best sound by far. Durable with sweat, lightweight and do not fall out. The part that goes around the ears are malleable to create the perfect fit. Can be mostly noise canceling if inside the gym, I turn the volume down some when running outside so that I am more aware of my surroundings. Would purchase again.
