I love listening to books with them. It helps me to know a lot of the noise even with my AirPods Pro. I had interruptions in trying to concentrate with these. I do not have that.

These are amazing, my daughter loves them. They are made for all ages, but I would most definitely buy them for kids and as us adults it’s good for when we’re exercising.
