Just buy it already because this cleans your ear so good!!!

Easy to use product really helps to clean your ears

Not as good as I thought it would be but it pretty much works as advertised.

As tweezers, it's not very good. The pincers are misaligned and they don't close very tight, which means when you grasp something, it just slips through. As a cleaner it's okay. They have other models that are much better.

It's a little difficult to use at first, but does seem to get easier after a few tries. The tool on the end somewhat blocks the camera view of the ear.

I got this item just to see how it would work. I mean the technology is almost there but it is difficult to use.

good for what it does but not being able to have a protection plan sucks because the blue tip of the cleaner breaks constantly

I really was looking forward to having fun with this new ear cleaning gadget. But I had to return it because after I downloaded the Bebird app it doesn't give me the option to select this particular Model N3. The only options available were Model B1 and BB1. My phone is Android version 11, so it's not like I have an outdated phone. I don't know if the app works better on iPhones. I should have read all the negative feedback on Bebird app before making this purchase. If you plan on buying this item, download the Bebird app first to make sure the Model# you're going to buy is a clickable option in the app.

This pen is amazing at microscopic viewing of the ear. It is amazing to see the smallest of hairs in the ear look like big thick hairs. It’s also neat to use as a magnifying glass. Requires its own WiFi connectivity for privacy but it’s a simple task.

the product has mixed reviews but I figured i’d give it a go anyway. it wouldn’t even charge. we couldn’t get a singular use out of it. just a waste of money. feels cheap. the tips are all the same but different colors. really disappointing, especially for the price point.

Cool concept. It's hard to use it. Also, every time I need to connect it again. It's quite annoying.

Happy with the uniqueness of this item, weirdly fun to hse and different than anything ive ever owned. Its like playing operation on yourself in your ear.

Not bad but not worth the money. Seems like i only use it if i have some time to kill. And had a terrible time hooking it up to my wifi.

Battery discharged within seconds of powering it on. The app would show the percentage droping by 2points per second. Then it would power off.

Good product but the camera wasn’t the best and hard to handle.

It works to clean your ears and works well would definitely recommend
