It shows the signal in full range but does not open any video even with the best internet plan we have

Works just as it should with easy setup. Had it working in mins and now have WiFi coverage for the whole house!

We live in a three (3) story Condo. Our home office & wireless router are on the 1st Flr. Our Smart TV is on the 2nd Flr. We were'nt getting a strong enough signal upstairs so we could not watch any streaming content off the internet on the TV. We installed the Belkin Extender and now we have excellant signal strength and the Smart TV works great! Easy to install, and does a great job!

So far everything works well coverage is excellent. Set up was easy and quick

I bought this to cover a dead spot in the house and link some network devices that do not support wifi. This unit linked perfectly with my UVerse router and allows my smartphones and iPads to reach the internet via wifi where they couldn't previously. The 4 port switch allows me to connect older home theater gear, too. This replaced my Cisco Ethernet bridge and works much, much better!

Was able to get coverage in a really bad area in my house works great!

Set up very easy, and I remember the nightmare set ups for early routers. The extender did everything it was supposed to do. The 2nd floor of our 2650 sq.ft. house had spotty wifi coverage at best. The Belkin worked like a charm. My son was able to play Xbox live combat games and stream Netflix with no delays or buffering gliches. Then it failed. The LED turned purple instead of the typical blue and amber. We tried both the quick reset and the full reset with no success. Resarched the owners manual and web site with no results. Returned the item to Best Buy, and upon advice of both a Geek Squad and department associate, exchanged for a Netgear extender. $10 more, but it still works.

Own a large home and needed something for the back side of it and this was perfect. Easy to set up and install.

it's a good extender easy to set up but dus not have a really good range over all good for the money

It worked fine but I had to return it since we came up with a more comprehensive solution to poor internet connectivity. Best Buy's new return policy is only 15 days. So, I came back from vacation to return it to the store and yea, I got hosed. Don't think I'll be buying anything from Best Buy in the future - every retailer I know has at least a 90 day return policy.

I have to restart my devices every so often to reconnect to my router, but overall, does the trick.

A good extender for the money. Just weird shape and you cannot lay extender flat. Easy setup and operating.

The Belkin - Dual-Band Wireless Range Extender I purchased at the Woodside, Queens store solved the problem I had with erratic router access on the first floor of my house. The router is based on the second floor.

worthy of purchasing. my son's game were getting clogged. the extender helped alleviate this problem.

Very good device for the price. I use this for my upstairs office and blueray dvd. Excellent for media.

This product helped me used my wireless devices in all the areas of my home that were dead spots, including outdoor spaces and third floor. It does the job.

I needed a solution to extend the wireless coverage in my split level home. My home office is located in a lower level and we wanted to extend the coverage to the far end of the house and deck area during the summer months. I purchased a cheap hotel unit from eBay and was constantly having to work with it to get the coverage I wanted so I decided to by a dedicated range extender. I am very happy with the purchase of this unit. It was extremely simple to set up. In fact it really set itself up for me. All we had to do was authenticate one time on our devices and we were all set. Now we enjoy excellent wi-fi signal throughout the house and into the outside deck area. We have multiple devices using wi-fi. Laptops, Kindles, iPods, iPads,android tabs, and smartphones all connect seamlessly to either our main unit of the range extender depending on which is giving better signal. The unit does require and occasional reboot, but I think this is to be expected.

It was quick and easy to set up, and it has great range on it. I am truely enjoying this extender.
