Working well. It has extended my wifi signal throughout my house (4000 sq. ft. )

I spent over 2 hours trying to set up this range extender. i reset it, unplugged it, restarted it. tried it wirelessly and connected with the provided ethernet cable. However, my computers (i tried a mac and a pc) would not recognize the range extender. I even got on a live chat with a belkin tech support person and he could not figure out what was going on. he wanted me to troubleshoot it by setting up a dynamic IP address on my computers; that's when i said i have spent enough time trying to fix this supposedly plug and play device. i will return it and get a different one.

Constantly dropping signal. Have to reset way too many times. Truly a piece of garbage.

Thought it was my network setup since the product could not possibly be bad out of the box... Debugged network, then plugged in the wife's work PC and got same results. Dug into the docs on the CD, the info about which lights are supposed to flash and how they flash should really be in the quick setup as Step #1. I do not hold a grudge, will update this when I get a new one/new ones and get it working.

Our first Belkin Range extender was in use for about 4 months before it stopped working. Belkin replaced it under warranty. The replacement unit worked for 2 months and then stopped working. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps to reset the device. It will not broadcast any signal. Same issue as original unit. Very disappointing.

I iwll be calling support to help set this up. I followed the instructions and made numerous attempts to make this work. no success so far.

I had trouble setting up and never got it to work so I returned it to the store and purchased Net Gear (very easy to install)

I had a Belkin dual router and felt that the Belkin extender would be the most compatible extender for the home. Set up was fairly easy, but that's where the good news ends. The signal strength was weak and kept dropping out. The blue ray player wifi kept dropping out and that was the primary reason for getting the extender in the first place. My advise is to look for something better than this unit.

Setting it up was no problem but about an hour after I set it up it lost the signal so I moved it to a different location, and again the signal was lost. So after I moved it to about 15 different locations the results were all the same. After all of that I decided to move it right next to my wireless router, about 10 min after I moved it there the range extender lost its signal.

Much too unreliable. Looses connection quite freguently and must be reset.

I returned it when it did absolutely nothing. DId not work as described.

I had high hopes for this. I hoped that it would do what I wanted. But unfortunately all it did was create a second LAN when what I wanted was it to just add into the LAN I have. I messed with it for a good while and then just stopped and took it back. I'm not looking for something that takes all day or a computer guru hat to set up and I'm not computer illiterate.

1. Setup chooses two identical network names and then fails because the network names are the same. You have to dig around in the background to figure this out. 2. Firmware update instructions send you to a non-existant address 3. Email to customer support doesn't work. (OSX 10.8, safari, through an Airport Extreme to Time-Warner)

I bought this to improve the range and dropped connections of my Belkin router in my home. First one didn't work and even Belkin customer service couldn't get it to work. Returned for a replacement and while it worked sporadically it kep losing connection. Returned the replacement extender and hooked up a new NetGear router. Problem solved!

Difficult to set up. Web address is not easy to get to - even with all security software disabled. Once established, most devices wouldn't connect after following the instructions to the letter (computers, phones, tablets - all had issues connecting). Very frustrating and being returned. I would most definitely NOT recommend this.

1 page setup instructions no good. Setup had to be done thru Belkin tech support, required modification of laptop network setting. New IP address is created for extender between pc and router, means changing all wireless configurations and wifi settings for wireless printer, cell phones, and other 'router dependant accessories'

not near as much range as stated and has to be placed in a window to get outside.

Did not work out of the box. Although I tried to configure it, it would not configure as per the instructions. Even tried surfing the web for a solution but could not find one. Probably had a bad unit, but tech support was worthless. Took it back and got the Netgear instead, which worked great and perfect out the box.

I have owned it for ~1 year. Loses connectivity intermittently (needs reset). Now running very slowly (<1 MBPS). Belkin will only provide support if I pay (will not even help via internet chat). Now shopping for a different product.

This is a terrible product and the reviews don't lie. This is possibly one of the worst items to buy if you are looking for a better internet signal. The manual itself is garbage and tells you absolutely nothing on how to fix or repair the issue. I wll not purchase another Belkin item, ever.
