Wow, I really do consider myself an ok tech person, can hold my own in most situations AND found this device really frustrating... the set up would simply not work for me. The whole process seemed too complicated and never worked. Returned it and got my money back. Really disappointed.

I bought this item to help access the internet from the far corners of my house which had 28-33% signal. Once setup, the unit provided close to 100% connectivity but would not stay connected to the internet. I was constantly disconnecting and then connecting back to the network.

Wouldn't connect to wifi network. Kept telling me password was not correct, even when I had the wifi admin page up on my computer verifying the passwords. Tried for hour to get it to connect. Taking this back today. Don't waste your time on Belkin!

Could not setup, called very helpful customer service who took over my pc. OH YES, they could get it hooked up. . . AFTER I paid them $129! Back to the store to exchange for a NetGear.

Setup was difficult and once connected the connection dropped constantly. I was on the phone for 2 hours with Belkin as soon as I took it out of the box. Gave up and returned to store. If you're thinking about buying this one, think again.

From my wifi router point to a wifi camera is about 50 feet, through four walls. The camera did not pick up the wifi. I bought the product to enable camera to work, but after moving the relay to different locations, still no luck.

this product created 2 more SSIDs that were "extensions" from my main AP. not a great experience. my laptop and smartphone need to be attached to all 4 to swap between them.... seems inefficient to me really bad user experience

Simply put, this "range" extender does not have much range at all. Easy installation however very poor performance. I returned the item and looked elsewhere for my needs. Best Buy does not carry the higher end range extenders.

This product is not worth the money I paid for. It constantly (almost every day) lost the network connection even though the network is fine. Not after a month it won't even connect to the network at all. Total waste of money!

Follow instructiions on Belkin web site. The web site does not open up as per instruction CD. Try different ways of accessing the web site so as to download program. Waste of three hours. Will not recommend it to anybody

This device looks fancy but does not have a long range for wifi. i bought it to extend my internet to the room but it slows it down instead .... i would suggest buying a different brand

My devices would stay connected for about 2 - 3 minutes and then nothing. Reset and it will work for a little bit. Took it back to the store. Not worth the frustration.

this extender does not pick up a signal. keeps telling me it is located too far from router, even when it is only a few feet away. dont waste your time or money.
