hard to find the right connection but this works great

At work I have 2 monitors in addition to my laptop. With working from home, I only had the laptop. This adapter allows me to use my old monitor - 2 screens instead of one makes things so much easier!

Needed to quickly pick up an adapter to connect a laptop to a video projector for a retirement party. This worked very well, and was better priced than most other offerings. It includes an audio jack on the vga end that can be plugged into a sound system to take advantage of the audio sent via the HDMI port. Did not try that option out in my case as a sound system was not available.

I needed a dual monitor system for my computer setup and only had one VGA port available. This adapter allowed me to use my existing monitor by connecting to the HDMI port on my computer.

Worked perfectly for me to use an old VGA monitor on a newer computer with only HDMI output. Note: it doesn't work in reverse (HDMI monitor on a computer with VGA out). Not the cheapest, but I didn't want to take a change on a no name.

Hands down this works perfectly I needed this to connect my new laptop to a beautiful classic flat screen VGA my office was getting rid of as they didn’t want to buy this magic connector. Well I did and I’m very happy with the result.

Glad I found the Belkin Male HDMI to Female VGA Adapter. It connects my 5 yr old monitor to my 1 yr old All in One desk top computer to offer two monitor use with one PC. Very inexpensive and delivered quickly so that I could connect right away. Thank you.

Perfect solution for using an older VGA projector for home movie viewing in the backyard (or anywhere). Plugged into laptop HDMI, VGA output with a bonus of stereo audio for my projector. Home movies in the backyard now for the summer!!

Actually works. I've been looking for something like this for a while. Things similar to this doesnt work well on my device. But now it works like a charm.

Works to hook up to a VGA connection from an HDMI output. Separates sound for output through a mini stereo jack. VGA cables are not tight on the one I have and the screws will not engage to tighten. Dropped a star for that. Maybe I need a different cable.

We got this to hook up our Mac mini with HDMI to the vga projector in our conference room. It has a port for mini usb but does not come with the cable. The adapter required the usb cable to be plugged in for extra power to convert the signal. After that was hooked up, it worked without issue.

Working from home I need to use my larger monitor so the adapter gets moved from laptop to desktop several times a week. Works as advertised. No problems. Perfect.

Worked as in pic we only used for a month or so till we could get a New monitor to replace the one that broke. But no complaints about this at all.
