Works exactly as one would expect. Which should be enough. But the quality of this cable is far above the apple cables- two of which have quit working after being hauled around in through airports in my carry-on... I have little doubt the kevlar reinforcement will help this one last much longer. It certainly feels more durable... I'd also say the length is perfect. The standard apple cable (3', I think) is a little short, while 6' is ridiculously long and unwieldy. This one hits my Goldilocks sweet spot. All in all, it's just a charging cable. But a darn good one. And one that has found a permanent home in my travel gear.

It doesn't charge any faster or hold the Watch more securely but it is a better alternative to Apple's charger. Magnetic inductive charging module keeps the charger aligned and attached to the Apple Watch. It feels more solidly built all because of the Kevlar®-reinforced conductors and double-braided nylon jacket. There's a collar that protects the insulation from being pulled out which happens a lot with the Apple cables. It's more durable so It would be perfect for those who travel a lot but if your charger just sits on the nightstand and never moves. I would just get Apple's charger. It's cheaper! I've used a lot of Belkin products mainly because of their quality and this charger cable is no exception.

While the cable looks great, it doesn’t always work. The docking part doesn’t make a good connection with the iwatch.

Not much I can say about the Belkin Duratek Apple Watch cable without stating the obvious. It is extremely high quality and built to last longer than my watch probably will. It works as intended and charges my Apple Watch Series 3 without fail. Feels premium thanks to the Kevlar wrapping on the cable and the magnetic charger looks great in the black and white finish. This is leagues better than the Apple supplied charger and will be by travel charger going forward.

This charger has a braided cable that is similar to what you would get in PC gaming peripherals. The wireless charger piece is larger than charger that came with my apple watch sport 2. This is bad if you have an apple watch stand meant to work with the size of the original apple watch charger. Overall, I am impressed by the materials of this cable.bb

Love the length, 4' was just right for my needs. Wanted a second charger and this really does an excellent job and allows me to have one at work and at home now to charge my watch. The cable feels sturdy and doesn't look like it should fray anytime soon. That is a big bonus to me. Great quality, should last for a long time, and it does what it advertises it will do... charges my watch.

I really like this Apple Watch charging cable. It feels more sturdy and solid than even the original cable (and the charging surface is larger), and stays in place better on my dresser when I charge the watch! Length is great - allowing me to reach the dresser top easily from the outlet. Flexible connection to the charging plate feels like it will last forever!

This is a high quality Apple Watch Charger and I highly recommend it as a replacement or just as an extra cable to have. One thing that I immediately liked was the length. It is 4 ft long which is different than apples 3 or 6ft. I find these cables to be either to short or to long but the 4ft is the perfect length. As far as build quality it is above average with its Kevlar reinforced design. I have no doubts this cable will last a long time. The part that connects to the back of the Watch is slightly thicker than the standard Apple Watch Charger. This does not seem to be a problem unless you use an aftermarket dock that requires you to put the charger inside it may or may not fit.

I learned some time ago to use braided cords when charging USB devices (the durability of braided cords is proven). It is on this basis that I expect this braided cable to be a good performer. The cable appears to be well constructed, the magnet holds the watch securely, and Belkin is a top brand...

I was looking for a charge cable for my Apple Watch that I could use for travel. I wanted one that was very rugged. I found it in this Belkin cable.It is a good length at 48”, and. The outer cable is made of a very durable material that also resists tangling. I am very pleased with this cable.

Okay so I am going to make some assumptions here because this is admittedly a pricy cable. Assumption one is that Apple continues to use the same charging connector for the next several generations of Apple Watches, or doesn't come out with another Apple Watch past generation three then yes this is absolutely worth it. Assumption two is that you plan to continue to use Apple Watch for the foreseeable future, and you either want a tough cable for charging when you are out and about, or you want a cable that is going to last for a very long time. If you can answer yes to both of these questions then this cable is for you. It is built very well, and in terms of it's practicality I can still see it being useful.

This is a perfect replacement cable to charge your Apple Watch. It works just like the charging cable that comes with an Apple Watch but in my opinion has some improvements. The magnet in the charger is much stronger and has a strong connection. I no longer worry if my Series 3 Nike Apple Watch is going to fall off while charging. The cord is thicker and stronger. I put it in my backpack to take to work and it doesn’t tangle and I am not worried that it will break. Charging time seeems to be about the same. I have used the cable with the charging plug that comes with the Apple Watch and an Aukey charger and I have not had any compatibility issues that you can see with other cables. If you need to replace your cord or are looking for a stronger cable buy this one.

I like to have spare cables for everything. When my wife got her Apple Watch, I got her a cheap spare cable to take to her office. It works fine, and isn’t only used when she forgets to charge it before work, which is not very often. This Belkin cable was intended to be my spare, which I would keep in a “charging pack” I take traveling. However, after seeing the quality of this one, it is now my “regular use” cable, supplanting the original Apple cable that came with the watch. The material on the surface is tough, but flexible. Being black (instead of the traditional “Apple White” sets it apart nicely, too. If I decide to get another watch cable, it will definitely be one of these.

The charger appears and feels much more durable than the OEM charger. It worked just like the original on my wife's Apple Watch Series 2. No warning about it not being certified, or anything like that. Only time will tell how durable it really is, but the 5 year warranty gives you peace of mind.

I loved this Belkin DuraTek Apple Watch charger! I travel a lot for work and I'm a bit paranoid about loosing specialty chargers such as the one that came with my Apple Watch Series 3. Well, now that I have this little beaut that is no longer a concern. The charger that came with my watch can stay home and this durable little number can stay in my backpack to tag along for charging duties while I travel. An added bonus is the Kevlar covered cable which helps reduce tangling and helps provide that sense of security that it's made to last and get the job done. Highly recommended.

I found this apple watch cable to be fully capable in charging my Apple Watch 2. I liked that the cable is black instead of the typical white cable that came with the watch, and the extra few inches length comes in handy to be able to plug this into the wall and still be able to reach the top of my desk. I can comfortably recommend this cable to anyone with an Apple watch looking for an additional or replacement charging cable. NOTE: this product contains the cable only - you will need a wall plug with a USB input for this to be plugged into for this to charge your watch.

The 4' charging cable is a good length over the cable that comes with the apple watch. I have a higher bed setup and the added length of the cable works great with my bed and night stand. The cable has a nice flexible mesh cover and it's a nice black finish on the magnetic charger. One thing that bothered me was the packaging that the cable came in….it was very frustrating to get the cable out of the package. Overall it's a great replacement cable or additional cable for your house.

I have a problem with many cords for Apple products since our cat often mistakes them for string and wants to play with them. I was looking for a durable cable and I found it with the Belkin Apple Watch Duratek Cable. Since it's made with Kevlar, it's incredibly durable and won't be mistaken for string. I was impressed with the quality of the cable as well as the specifications. Belkin has upped their game with this accessory including the packaging of the cable. Highly-recommended!
