Opened the box n it was scratched up and was obviously used and didn't have Bluetooth capabilities. Took it back n got a less expensive keyboard. This one seems to b holding up. Will not purchase a Belkin product again or patronize this particular store. Sales people don't have time for you n couldn't care less about the products. Guess it was because I am white and female and educated. Very disturbed by the lack of professional service from a state known for its hospitality.

To use the keyboard case, simply insert your 7" or 8" tablet to the dedicated insert panel of the keyboard case and pair the tablet to the keyboard using the Bluetooth Pair button located at the side of the keyboard. My wife liked it and ordered a knock off from online, and it works just as well for 1/2 the cost. I think it would be better if it was a little thinner as well. Didn't "not like it" enough to return it. Just not as pleased.as I thought I'd be.

Good luck with the first step though. Nothing like having regrets about getting a product before you've even used it because it has already managed to frustrate you. I love that feeling...so...much...
