I liked the clear protection it offers but it really doesn't protect much. I hate it has already cracked. Overpriced at 24.99 ! Should be maybe 9.99 -14.99.

When I received it in the mail, it became very obvious that this was a returned item. The packaging that the case came in was very beat up and the clear case itself had scratches on it! I'll be returning this case this weekend. Also, it didn't fit my new iPod touch very well as it wasn't level in the case and didn't securely snap into place. As the case is clear (if that's what you call it with the minor yellowing of the case), I am unable to get a good photo showing the scratches.

Unfortunately I retuned this item after one day because I decided I couldn't risk having zero shock absorption. I ended up choosing a different case that was still see through, but had a grip/pad around the outside to help protect against a possible small fall.
