I do like that it has a little slot for a key and that you can use your phone when it's in it. But those things don't really matter when your phone doesn't fit.

However, the only thing that isn't so great is if you have slightly bigger biceps/triceps. I lift quite a bit and am not very big at all at 5'9 170lbs. The strap was basically as far as it could go after I got my swole on. Has an anti-slip on the strap as well so it doesn't fall off which is nice. Controlling the volume buttons while its in the case is a bit of a challenge at times as well. But overall, a solid case for running & lifting!

If you want it to hold your s5 it works great, if you want to listen to your music well look around and something thats not going to play with your volume.
