This battery pack is an amazing product, I was so happy when I got this, because I’ve had the need for such a thing for awhile now. I got my Apple Watch when they first launched, and to this day there are still times when I look at my watch and it is at 10% battery, even though I charge it all night. Typically this is while I’m at work, with no charger around. And I’ve had times when my phone needs a boost, and I cannot stay tethered to an outlet. All of this is exactly why this is an ideal product. So, after unboxing this, I found it was at only 1 charge light, so I plugged it into a charger with the provided cable, and started charging it up. It was charged within 2 hours. I sat my Apple watch on it, and that was at about 50%, and within about 20 minutes it had jumped to 77%. While my watch was charging, I grabbed my lightning cable and plugged in my Iphone 6s PLUS, and it went from about 80% to 100% in about 45 minutes. This is a great charging speed, in particular because it was charging the watch at the same time. When both were done charging, the battery pack still showed 4 full dots of battery life. Plus, when I plugged it in and was going to charge it up again, it was still full and didn’t need to charge. The charge lights are in the power button, so you can see how much charge your battery pack has left in it. The power switch is solid, very well built, with a sense of firmness not often found in these types of devices. The build quality of the battery pack is quite impressive. It has a mostly aluminum body, with a built in Apple Watch charger, and then plastic on the top and bottom. It looks sharp, feels solid, and is small enough to put in your computer bag (what I do), pants pocket, or even your purse/bag. To be honest, based on the mAH rating, I expected very little, but walk away being better performance than from other battery packs that are rated with a higher mAH rating. It has an auto on function, that when it senses you have plugged in your phone, it comes to life and starts charging. This is a great feature. Same happened when I put my watch on top of the built in Apple Watch charger. Very nice feature, smart design. You should know that this only comes with a micro-usb cable, but no charger. No worries, because you likely already have a charger laying around that can be used to charge up this pack. Also, it does not come with a lightning cable, you will need to supply your own. Since it is designed for an Apple Watch, you likely already are using an Iphone, so the micro-USB cable it comes with won’t help with charging your phone. These cables are plentiful these days and you probably have a couple of extra laying around anyway. Everyone should have a battery pack like this with them all the time. You never know when something will happen and you won’t have an outlet nearby. I’ve had to take a family member to the hospital, and was in the ER with no charger. If I had a battery pack like this, I could charge while keeping others updated on things without worrying about running out of power. Or I’ve been in meetings at work, when I could not plug into the wall outlet and charge, but if I had this I could charge during the meeting. I’ve also had times when I’ve been in a rental car, with no charger in the car, but if I had this, I could have charged. There are just so many times when something like this can come in handy, and if you have it nearby, you can get charged and not stress about running out of juice. Great product, and so far, I’m more than impressed.

Talk about come in handy. I go fishing several times a month with my Brother-In-Law. And, since we spend the night if the weather allows this Belkin Valet Charger is a 'necessity' to keep my watch and I-Phone charged out in the Gulf. Hunting season begins soon and this Valet Charger will be valuable out in the woods, too. For the last week I have used this primarily in my car traveling overnight. It is amazing how fast it can charge my I-Phone SE. I usually only have to charge my watch once every day and a half or so. But, since I use the watch constantly I try to charge it only at night. However, no matter where I am this Valet Charger does what it is designed to do and quickly too. It allows me to charge both watch and I-Phone simultaneously. So far I was able to charge my Apple Watch five times and my I-Phone twice on a Valet full charge. I'm so pleased that my Apple Watch can be charged without using a cable. WooHoo! It comes with a micro-USB cable. You need your I-Phone lightning connector cable and 120V plug-in charger, if you choose, to keep the Valet charged up when needed. I re-charge mine when it gets down to two green dots when I can. My Brother-In-Law says that since it has a micro-USB cable and his 'Android' phone has that kind of connection for charging it should be able to charge his phone also. We will see . . . One thing four sure – If you are going to take this Belkin Valet Charger just about 'anywhere' like I plan to do on a fishing and hunting trip – make sure you store this unit in a waterproof bag or container. It could be damaged and useless if it gets wet. It is not designed for moisture conditions. I received this Belkin Valet Portable Charger in exchange for an honest review, and, I love it. If you have an outdoorsman, frequent car traveler, or just know someone, who has both an Apple Watch and I-Phone – this would make a great gift. I highly recommend this Belkin Valet Portable Power Pack. It is flexible enough to stay on your nightstand, or, take it with you to . . . anywhere.

Even though the product description says it will work for Apple Phone and Apple Watch. I am able to charge Samsung android phones as well. The package comes with 6700 mAH battery, 4ft. Micro USB Cable for charging the battery and product manual. Micro USB cable can be used to charge any smart phones with Micro USB port. I really liked the concept of charging phone and wireless charging for Apple watch at the same time. I have used this battery pack to charge my Iphone 7 Plus and Apple watch at the same time. It charged both devices from 40% to 100% less than 2 hours. I feel that the price is on higher side for 6700 mAh battery. If you are high battery user and need to charge your phone or watch through out the day, this product will be a great pick especially for the people who travel a lot or people who use phone a lot. Please note that there is no Lightning cable is incorporated into the design (or included), but the 6700 mAh portable battery is able to charge your iPhone and Watch simultaneously. Here are the key specs: Built-in Magnetic Charging Module for Apple Watch 1A USB port 1x Micro-USB Cable MFi (Apple Watch) 6700 mAh battery 4 ft. Micro-USB Cable

I can see the Belkin Apple Watch battery pack come in handy during those times when an app is open, without me knowing(has happened to me plenty of ties), and drains my battery. I never carry my charging cable because it's too long for me to carry, and just becomes an inconvenience to carry everywhere. I have to walk around with a dead watch when this happens, and that truly sucks! This battery pack will definitely help me resolve this issue, as it has a built in magnetic charging station for my watch. This is a BIG plus for me, and will definitely make good use of it. On a full charge, the battery pack was enough for me to charge my phone completely (from 20%), as well as my watch(from 45%), with some juice left over. There is an indicator light to tell you how much charge is left, just like pretty much all other battery packs. The battery pack feels far from cheap, and looks nice, so that's always a plus for me. I'd say that the biggest downside to this chargers is not its features, but its price. At $99.99, I'm not sure how many people will be willing to shell out the coin for something like this. It has only one USB charging port and the Apple watch magnetic dock, so this might be an issue for people looking to charge multiple devices at one time. Other than this, the battery pack will definitely come in handy, and will prevent me from having to carry that extra long cord that the Apple watch comes with.

Belkin just released these Rockstar products and this portable charger is great! I have had about three power packs like this and I never opt for the actual cases because I like to have a case that won't crack. So to dive into the details there are so many plus sides to this little charger. Most of all, it charges my Apple Watch and my phone simultaneously. I wanted to try it just to charge my phone at first because my battery drains pretty fast. I have gotten three full charges out of this power pack so far and it still has juice. I like that it comes with a click button start, so after I plug in my phone I click the top button next to the port for the wire and it begins the charge. It fits in my pocket and goes great in my gym bag (picture below). I go to concerts a lot during the year and I usually have to figure out how to drag my old charger with me because it was so huge. This will easily fit in my back pocket or in my suit pocket. There are only two cons for me: the aluminum exterior seems like it would easily dent and there is no cover for the ports for when I'm not charging items which exposes the ports to loose dirt or liquids. Overall a awesome charger, don't hesitate getting this little guy. It IS WORTH IT!

    Great Battery Pack, Questionable Value

For Apple Watch and iPhone users, charging your devices on-the-go usually requires multiple cords and charging bricks. This power pack aims to bring some convenience to travelers that find themselves without a power outlet. It's proven very useful during this holiday travel season, but it comes at a price. PROS: -It just works as expected. Plug in your iPhone (or any other device) to the USB port, place your Apple Watch on the magnetic charging plate, and you're good to go. -Both devices charge simultaneously. -Devices charge relatively fast, although output is limited to just 1 Amp per device when both an Apple Watch and iPhone are connected. -The battery itself recharges very quickly with the included micro-USB cable (just over 1 hour from zero to full charge), assuming you plug it into a wall charger that can provide a 2.4 Amp output. -Sleek, compact design that easily fits in any backpack or carry-on. CONS: -Only 1 USB port. I understand that this battery pack is meant to be an accessory for Apple Watch + iPhone users, but one additional USB port would have been nice so I could charge my wireless headphones along with my iPhone. -iPhone 6/7 Plus users: your devices will drain power from this battery much quicker than smaller iPhones. Belkin claims that the battery pack can recharge an iPhone up to three times on a single charge. For Plus users, it's more like 1.5 or maybe 2 times. -Here's the biggest issue: Price. At $99, this battery pack pales in comparison to the competition. For half the price, you can get a battery pack with more USB ports and nearly 4 times the battery capacity. Granted, you won't get the convenience of the integrated Watch charger, so that's a consideration. OVERALL: For Apple Watch + iPhone users who are always on the go, this is an easy recommendation. The integrated Watch charger makes for one less cable that you'll have to tangle up in your backpack. If you have multiple devices in addition to your Watch and iPhone that are always needing to be recharged, you may want to look at a larger battery pack that will likely cost less and come with more USB ports. For my simple purposes, this Belkin Power Pack does the job - and does it very well.

Works Great for Apple Watch and Traveling!

This battery pack by Belkin is similar to every other battery pack on the market with one exception: a magnetic wireless charging dock for an Apple Watch! The watch charger looks and works the same as the charging cable that comes with the watch. The battery itself is about the size you would expect and relatively lightweight to throw in a bag or pocket making it ideal for traveling. In fact, on my next short trip I plan on just taking this along to keep my watch juiced up. I prefer to charge the watch by standing the battery up on it's end. It keeps the band of the watch out of the way. Of course, let's not forget that it does allow you to charge another device using its standard USB port, including non-Apple devices like Android. You can even charge both a watch and another device simultaneously. If there is one thing I could change I wish they would have used a Lightning connector instead of microUSB to recharge the battery pack. It would be one less cable I have to carry with me when traveling. Overall a must have for Apple Watch users.

Nowadays we use our phones all the time it seems and with apps such as Pokemon-Go batteries get drained very quickly. This charger has been a good product for me so far. I can honestly say that after the initial charge I have used it to charge my Iphone 7 and also a friends apple watch a couple of times and it still is at 4 out of 5 bars. So I feel the claim of 6x is very realistic and easy to achieve. Pros: Well made, durable and good looking simple proven design Negatives: Advertised as an apple-centric product but is just as good for android devices, in fact the cord they give you (micro usb) can be used to charge android devices. Heavy, yes it is small and fits fine in your pocket but it is a heavy product as most lithium chargers can be

There has rarely been a day that I haven't worn my Apple Watch since I got it. In fact, I would consider myself a moderate-heavy user of the watch and I don't see that changing any time soon. There is rarely a day that I don't find my watch desperately needing a charge after only 8-9 hours of use. I do have a wall charger both at home and at my desk at work, but there are a lot of times that I'm not either of those places. For those times, I need something more portable like this Valet Charger. I carry around a portable power bank for my phone and now Belkin has seen fit to create one that comes with a built in magnetic charging module for the Apple Watch. What's nice about this charger is that it's not only designed for the watch, but it's also equipped with a standard USB port so that you can charge other devices, like your phone, from it. The charger re-charges via a Micro USB port, which is pretty normal for this type of charger. The body of the charger is primarily an aluminum finish to match most Apple designs. The end of the charger that has the magnetic charger for the watch is wrapped in a smooth black finish. There is a 4-light power indicator that you can activate by pressing the light panel in. This is also how you start your devices charging. When the battery arrived, it was partially charged and after I drained it completely, I took the time to charge it up full and found that it takes about 3 hours to charge it completely when it's dead. I like the overall design of the Valet Charger, but have one small complaint. Since I'm one of those people that likes to carry as few cables as possible, I would have liked to see a USB-C option for output charging. I am in the process of migrating my systems to my new MacBook Pro and one of those changes includes swapping out my iPhone charging cable for one that has a USB-C end. For this reason, it would be great if Belkin has put that in as an option. The charger has worked well for my on-the-go charging needs.

Belkin did it again with this battery pack and I haven't been amazed at any other battery pack before that I owned. I am in love with Belkin products recently because they have changed as an overall company for the better. They have been making iPhone accessories lately that have been nothing short of outstanding quality. First of lets talk about the biggest feature of this battery pack and that's it allows you to also charge up your Apple Watch on the go (Why haven't this been done before is beyond me) this will give you more then a few days out of the Apple watch when you are out. The magnetic pulls the Apple watch in and charge it up. You can wrap the watch around battery pack that is one of the biggest draws to this thing at lease to me because you can have the watch charge up while this is in a bag or purse when placed in there. Simply amazing and refreshing when it comes to the "same old same old" battery pack. Design seems to go with the flow of Belkin's iPhone accessories, White, Sliver, and Black. I personally would have preferred if the Apple Watch charging spot was black to hide it a bit better. As a battery pack itself is even better outside the Apple Watch feature. It last a long time without charging and keeps going. I have used it on my Apple Watch, iPhone 7 Plus (it surprisingly charge up the phone FAST which is already a slow phone to charge to begin with.), Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, and PS4 Controller all in one day and still had 2 led lights left. Whats even more outstanding is the built Belkin did. The connection between the USB and the battery pack is STURDY and have a hard lock-in with my Lightning cable. I have no fear of this breaking down. It's an good battery pack for sure and the feature of the Apple Watch is the selling point. It delivers on every point its trying to sell to you with flawless results. I love this thing and I will use it daily at work and such. Belkin I can't wait for your next good idea for iPhone accessories.

I love my apple watch but the battery life is horrendous. The supplied charging cable from apple is like 100ft long and a pain to haul around with you. This has kept me from bringing my apple watch on vacation or weekend getaways. This apple watch charger battery pack is exactly what I was looking for. Battery packs with USB has been around for awhile so its nothing new but its revolutionary when it also includes a magnetic apple watch charger too. No need to lug your long apple watch charger cable on vacations when you can just place your watch on this belkin and it will start charging like it was plugged into the wall. Belkin claims you can charge your watch 8 full times before the battery pack needs charging and I believe it too. The only issue with that is that once your apple watch is done charging, you will need to pull it off the charger or it will slowly drain your battery pack. So in reality, it can last a weekend but I wouldn’t expect more out of it. I found this out on my recent weekend trip to Chicago for fun. I charge my apple watch and my iphone everything before going to bed and unplug for the day the next morning. Like I mentioned before, the watch will keep draining your battery till you pull it off. It takes a few hours to fully charge your watch so im normally fast asleep before it reaches 100%. Pros: *Comes with apple watch charging plate *Slim and not too noticeable in a jacket pocket *Comes with USB for charging your phone Cons: *Will not stop slow drain if you left your apple watch on it even after the watch is fully charged *6700mAh is great for charging your watch but not enough juice to charge both your watch and phone Summary: I pack this battery pack for all my weekend trips and I can confidently bring my apple watch for the trip. I recommend this to anyone who travels or heavy users of their apple watch and needs a charge without the cumbersome OEM cable. I hope my review helped!

Carrying a separate charger for the apple watch while travelling has always been a nightmate, at least for me. More since I hardly use the cable to charge my watch even at home. I have the charging dock for my iphone and watch at home which eliminates the need to use the cable for charging the watch. (Honestly, I don't even know where I have kept the charging cable for my watch). This charging pack serves the same purpose but on the go. It charges the watch through Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Module and has one USB port for charging the iPhone. It has a 6700mAh battery which lets you to recharge your watch for 8 times and the iPhone 3 times before refueling the charger again. Both can be charged simultaneously, so you don't need to wait to get one device juiced up to plug the other one in. Unfortunately, it won't charge itself and devices at the same time. That's fairly common. Most of these battery packs are either in charging or discharge mode. You’ll need to plug a standard Lightning cable, which is not included, into the Valet Charger’s standard USB port. The Valet Charger itself charges using a Micro-USB cable, ideally connected to a wall charger. That being said, this is a great alternative but you will need to shed a whopping amount of $100 for this 6700mAh rechargeable portable battery pack. If you carry the Apple Watch charging cord anyway, then there are other battery packs that offer more capacity at a much lower cost. Its just not a smart investment in my opinion.

This is a great companion if you need to charge your Apple Watch or iPhone away from home. Nothing like having your watch die on you during the travel, airport, plane, train, etc... Sometimes you can find a USB charing port but rarely apple watch charger is available, this power pack is a perfect solution! Put your watch on, press the On button and your are good! Pros: + Can charge both Watch and iPhone at the same time, it can also be plugged into the power supply while charging so it would charge internal battery as well. Useful if you just arrived to the hotel and want to set everything up for charging and just go to sleep. + Can pull up to 2.4A over the USB for fast charging + Pretty lightweight for the capacity - about 6.4oz + magnet for the Watch is powerful enough to hold 42mm watch upside down Cons: - Nothing is included in the box except the charging pack itself and a micro USB cable (4ft) for the pack. No wall adapter, no lightning cable! You will need to provide your own power adapter capable of producing 2.4A at 5V (12W like an iPad charger) and your own iPhone charging cable.

This battery charger will come in handy especially when I'm away from the house, the fact you can charge your watch and phone are a huge selling point to me. The quality is top notch and is what I've come to expect from Belkin. The battery is rated at 6700mah and shows you can charge your watch 8x and your phone 3x before needing to recharge the power pack. I'm not sure but I would assume that means if you just charge your watch (8x) and if you just charge your phone (3x), but I could be wrong. I haven't charged my phone up with it yet, but I tried my watch and it went from 53% to fully charged in about 40 minutes. It has a button on the top with four LEDs that let you know how much charge you have left. If you do much traveling this is a must.

So I travel for work, and I am a Scout leader so I am often out camping. Using my Apple watch for all it's "clock functions" as well as fitness, drains it... So always have a battery pack with me, and the watch cable. Was so excited to see this piece, with the integrated watch charger. Works perfectly. Watch locks on and starts to charge, really nothing else to it. Now one less wire for me to worry about while I travel or camp. Adding a short wire for the phone charging (I already head), this is a complete device. Going to replace my 3+ year old Mophie battery pack. Slightly taller and thicker, but thinner... has a longer life as well.

Design: The Belkin Valet Charger is sleek, compact, and has an attractive aluminum finish, which goes well with my black iPhone and Apple Watch. Its compact design makes it easy to transport. On the charger, you will see a micro USB port for charging the Valet, a USB port for charging an iPhone, and LED indicator lights that show the status of the Valet’s battery. I had a positive first impression of the design and continue to like it. Power Capacity: With 6700mAh of power, Belkin claims that, when the Valet Charger’s battery is full, it can recharge an iPhone up to three times, or an Apple Watch up to eight times. I have put this to the test, and I can confirm that it is an accurate statement, but do note that those statistics are for charging only an Apple Watch eight times, or only an iPhone three times. Charging both devices will reduce the number of times you can charge them before needing to recharge the Valet, but I am still impressed with its power capacity. There are portable chargers on the market with higher power capacities, but I think the added convenience of having an integrated Apple Watch charger makes the Belkin Valet Charger worth it. I like that I can recharge my Apple Watch and/or iPhone several times before needing to recharge the Valet. Charging Speed: I have been impressed with the efficient charging speed of the Valet Charger, especially when charging my iPhone and Apple Watch simultaneously. Because the Valet has two amps of total power, one dedicated to charging an Apple Watch and the other dedicated to charging an iPhone, having both devices charging at once does not delay the charging speed of each device, at least not noticeably. It is nice to be able to charge both devices without sacrificing the charging speed. Verdict: It is hard to think of anything I do not like about the Belkin Valet Charger. One possible drawback when comparing it to other portable chargers is that the Valet only has one USB port. I personally do not mind having only one USB port on the Valet Charger because I only use it for my Apple Watch and iPhone, but those who have other portable devices may wish that there was an additional USB port. With that being the only drawback I can think of, and it being a minor one, in my opinion, I can confidently say that the Valet Charger is a fantastic portable battery to own for iPhone and Apple Watch users. The design, power capacity, convenience, and charging speed are what make the Valet great, and I would recommend it to those looking for an Apple Watch and iPhone portable charging solution.

My biggest gripe with portable battery packs has come down to a bulk / use ratio. They're either really small, but don't provide much oomph, or they're bigger than the phone they're supposed to hold a charge for. When I saw that Belkin had made a battery that also included a puck for my Apple Watch - I had to try it. I've had great luck with Belkin accessories for my iPhone / iPad / Apple Watch from their Lightning Dock that I've had since my iPhone 5 to their new charging stand for iPhones and Apple Watches. From a design stance, this thing is slick - follows the same black and grey/aluminum look Belkin seems to lead with in their Apple accessories. From that stance, I appreciate the visual continuity in their products. I let it charge overnight in a small USB brick that comes with an iPhone. I then let it sit in my work backpack for a few days - still showed a full charge. Then, I left my watch on it overnight to charge instead of using my cradle to see how much battery life would drain - still showing nearly full the next day. So now, I can dump the 6 ft. Apple Watch cord I carry around all day and stick with a single Lightning cable for my iPhone. I've also used this thing to charge my Watch and iPhone at work while streaming music - that's when I started to notice the battery pack start to drain - but as expected. A recharge that night and it was back to full power the next day. Bottom line - if you're looking for a small battery that packs a punch and can also charge your Apple Watch securely with a built in magnetic puck - then pick this up. Belkin rarely disappoints with their Apple accessories.

I bought this Belkin charger at Best Buy to use for all of my family’s charging needs during travel. The initial charge up time straight out of the box took about 10 hours. From a full charge, I was able to simultaneously charge my iPhone 6 & Apple Watch series2 from 30% to 100%. Next I charged my iPhone again the following day from 60% to 100%. Finally, my husband charged his iPad mini retina & Apple Watch series3 simultaneously from 40% to 100% before the charger was empty. My son also said that he charged his Kindle somewhere during those 3-4 days, but I don’t know what percentage that device was on. Overall, this charger seems to be pretty good & will benefit us on the road. The best part is that we don’t have to carry an Apple Watch cord in addition to the other cords. I cannot speak on longevity, but hope it lasts at least 18mos. to justify the cost.

I've been using this Belkin power pack for about a week now and very happy with it. At 6700mah it's actually a little heavier than a 10400mah pack I own, but still small enough to put in a pocket or purse. Seems to be well put together and the watch couples to the magnet nicely. I haven't run the battery on my watch down below 60% yet and I haven't timed a charge for exact charging time, but it gets back to full charge in less than an hour. I'll be doing some travelling over the Holidays and look forward to using this as my primary charger for both my watch and phone at night, then recharging the pack during the day to see how it holds up. We like to camp on some of the islands along the inter-coastal waterway on the east coast of Florida and I see this coming in real handy for these trips. I wonder with the magnet on the side, if I throw this in a bag with my wallet, will it mess with my credit/debit cards? Only time will tell.

So nice to have a portable charger that handles both phone and watch without an extra watch charging cable. Small enough to fit in my pocket and enough power to charge my watch and phone. I was able to purchase at $40.00, so I cannot complain about the cost (normally $100).
