This starter set comes with two smart bulbs and a plugin transmitter. I followed directions and watched all setup videos but cant seem to get the second bulb working. I tried resetting about a dozen times and just gave up, maybe the next update will fix

I could never get them to connect to my internet. I gave them 3 stars because the idea of it working is awesome. I would have loved for this to work but was a no go for me. I will wait until some kinks are adjusted before buying again.

I've had my eye on WeMo for months - I was pleasantly surprise to find it on sale and didn't hesitate to buy it. It was easy to setup and works perfectly. I can't wait to get more bulbs to add to the network. My favorite feature so far is the 30 minute fade out. What would make the system perfect, for me, would be a 30 minute fade in...in the mornings prior to my alarm going off :)

This is a very easy product set up use. The light is softer and works well in living room or outside.

It's a good entry-level lighting kit. It takes a while to set up but it works.

If you can change a lightbulb this product is for you. Easy to install on your app, takes a few minutes as you play around with it but in 15 minutes I was all set. Now I have a front light and back porch light that turns on by itself 15 minutes after sunset. No changes needed. So glad we found this product.

Bought this so lights could be turned on/off while we were away from home, and it works flawlessly. Took a couple of tries to set it up, but after that I can turn the lights on from anywhere using the phone app. Random timing is much better than a timer that turns on and off at the same time every day.

I set these up for my outdoor lighting so I can turn them on from my phone when we are out of town. It works perfectly. Setup was a little difficult due to some problems I had with the app, but now that they are setup they work flawlessly!

While it was easy enough to get the system set up on my network, I have had some network issues since the install. I can not directly attribute the problems to the unit because my provider also just changed. But, the timing is odd. What I CAN directly attribute is the fact that when we lost power for about 3 seconds last week, the system went down and had to be reset (read reinstalled). This is not effective if I am out of town and running it remotely. My recommendation to a friend is being withheld at this time only to see how the system behaves over a longer period of time.

I had existing wemo products at home, but wanted to be able to turn on and off lights in kids rooms. So I bought these to simply replace the bulbs. Now I can set times schedules and activate the lights to start at 10% and progress to 100% to wake them up alongside their alarms.

The WeMo LED bulbs are connected via WiFi and can be turned on or off with your smart phone. The smart phone WeMo app provides dimming capabilities. A schedule can be programmed and used to automatically turn on or off the bulbs. The bulbs are easy to install and setup. I've had an occasional issue when the bulbs lost the WiFi connection.

I returned the GE product we got from another store. That was terrible. This is much easier to use and always works, the other needed constant resetting, very unreliable. We have other wemo products, all working fine. The setup is simple, the programming of the schedule needs some work.

You can program your light bulbs to turn on and off using different combinations. I just have two but planning to install more bulbs at home because also you can turn them on using your mobile phone.

I absolutely love the wemo system. I simply plugged in the adapter and then put lightbulbs in my most used areas. This is great for those lazy times when you're comfy on the couch, and don't want to get up and turn off lights. It's great for when you come home from work when it's dark and you can turn on your porch light from the car. It's great for when you're away, to turn your light on or off. There is also a sunset, sunrise feature for auto turn on and off, not to mention the fact that the light bulbs are 23 year bulbs. Love this product!!!

Original installation went fairly. However, had to redo home WiFi network and re-installation of the WeMo Link took a number of attempts and then the Link lost the network and had to be reset. Now finally installed and so far working well.

This light bulb LED starter kit is a good start if you are looking for home automation and to be energy efficient. I started testing a Wemo LIght switch a few weeks ago. Shortly after, I starting trying additional Wemo products and am now up to 12 Wemo Devices. The LED light bulbs are easy to control and dim from the WeMo app. I use both the ios WeMo app on my iPad and the android WeMo app on my blackberry. Both work well. The only reason I gave this 4 and not 5 starts is that randomly the app seems to not recognise all my wemo devices. usually I hit refresh and they come back. I did not have this issue when I only had one device. Not sure if it is the large amount of devices (12) that I have on my network that is causing the issue. It is a minor annoyance but I still love the WeMo devices. The "rule" setting is very easy to setup to turn on and off lights at sunrise, sunset, or at any specific time. I have been playing with the rules for my outdoor lights and have been very satisfied. The LED light bulb devices will turn on at 100% light if they were shut off by the app by just turning the light switch off and back on again. This is handy sometimes when you walk into a room with the lights off and don't have your phone or tablet.

For anyone who doesn't want to replace a switch or worry if your bulbs are safe to dim (CFLs are NOT, LEDs are if they say compatible), this is a simple way to add home automation for your lighting. It's especially good if you already have other WeMo products. Now if Belkin would only address the ongoing bugs in the WeMo apps (and maybe hire and empower competent tech support), they'd have this market in their pocket. Pricing is competitive.

Set up was a breeze and now I can set the lighting low enough to not interfere with our TV viewing but light enough to be able to see things within the room if need be. The timer feature is also a plus because it helps us adjust to the darkness while watching a late night movie

I like the WeMo products to a point. There are still some shortcomings, but they fill certain needs that other IoT products can't. The lights themselves are amazing. Give off good light, I like that they are dimmable, and can be scheduled. Setup took a couple tries, however.

I use Belking Wemo light switches and enjoy the convenience. However, I was unable to get this hub working, even after an exchange, so it's clear that my troubles didn't come from one defective hub. The hub would drop the wifi connection after each attempt to access the light bulbs. I tried changing outlets, changing rooms, rebooting my router, etc. I use an Apple Airport Express so perhaps there's a compatibility issue. In any case, I'm returning the unit and advise caution to Apple router users.
