The initial setup was a bit cinfusing, but once i was able to get them working, they work great. The ability to "tune" the light temerature is a very cool feature, as is the dimming capability. Planning on buying more very soon

This starter kit allows you to control on/off for your lights as well as controlling the hue of each bulb whether you want a warm yellow or bright blue to relax in. Works great!

I bought two set. The first one was difficult to install and i had to call the service center for an hour to install it. The second one did not work at all. I could not install it and i had to call the customer service for more than a month with several calls but still dis not work. I finally gave up. I would never buy it again

Very easy install and worked great for 3 months; then it died and won't connect to the internet. The light bulbs still work, however I'm not getting the intended use. Garbage!

Bulbs work generally but are difficult to set up, and are tempermental whenever the power goes out or there is a software upgrade.
Belkin has also announced that they do not plan to support Apple Home Kit.

The set up was very very easy. I had my living room lights set up and working in about 5 or 10 minutes. Setting up the rules for the lights was a very cool feature and once you get the hang of the IF app you can do some pretty cool things. Paired with the weather app on my phone, my lights turn on right at sunset or if the lights are off, once I get close to my house the lights will turn on. Can't wait to add more throughout the home!

I wish Wemo extends Amazon Echo integration with the LEDs soon - looks like they currently support only the Switches and Lightswitches. Waiting for them to extend this to LEDs too.

Cannot Connect the Link Hub

I bought the unit with a lot of hope that it would do a great job managing my lighting. I plugged the hub in and received a green LED on the hub. The hub's WiFi network appeared so I could connect to the hub via my phone and then connect the hub to my home WiFi network. I opened the WEMO app on my phone and only get the message "Looking for devices..." with an alternating green-amber LED appearing on the hub. I factory reset the hub multiple times and it doesn't work. After five hours on the Belkin website searching for troubleshooting issues and attempting them (changing your SSID, factory resetting, uninstall / reinstall the app, etc.), and all resulted in an alternating green-amber LED on the hub with no progress on the app other than "Looking for devices..." I will be returning the box tomorrow.

A rather expensive manual on/off switch

I bought this to program the lights for a vacation trip. After three hours of stress, I concluded that was not going to happen. The link found the light bulbs and, I set times for on and off. Despite the "rules" the lights did not go on or off. Remote access setup returned an error repeatedly. The result: ONLY WHEN SWITCHED TO THE LINK MEMO WIFI RATHER THAN THE HOME WIFI, I could press a button to turn the lights on or off. BIG FREAKING DEAL. I can do that without this non-intuitive expensive kit.
