I used this after the return window and it burned the kernels first thing. Not my first air popper and I did read the instructions.

I wanted to give this a chance, as I liked the design as for some reason some do not come with an on/off switch. The first one I purchased heated the kernels too much and burnt nearly half of them. I tried it with both White and Yellow kernels to see if it was the type, sadly it didn't matter. The second one I purchased came damaged out of the box, the cylinder inner liner was broken. So to those that are interested in it, just open it when you get it to make sure it works and then test a batch. I'm guessing I just got unlucky, but I'll not be trying my luck a third time.

Opened it up, followed the directions, plugged it in and the on/off switch didn't work. When fiddling with it, it finally turned on but only if I held the button down to on. Then a burned smell began. It came broken. I guess I should have known with how inexpensive it is, but the reviews were good. This was a delivered and returned item in the same day. This was a regretful waste of time unfortunately.

I just happened to catch this on the deal of the day and I am very happy with this purchase! This air popper works perfectly and is very easy to use and clean. It pops the full serving of popcorn very quickly and there are very few kernels left un-popped. It's much quieter than previous air poppers I've used in the past, and doesn't get too hot when used. The only fault I found with this air popper is that the butter doesn't melt completely in the measuring cup/ butter tray, but personally I'd rather use a different means for melting butter so I don't have to worry about cleaning the tray. Lastly, I love the compact size of this air popper. It takes up very little counter space and makes it easy to store. Overall, excellent purchase!

This little machine is fantastic. It’s super easy to use and makes great tasting popcorn. There really isn’t any mess and I like using it better than bag popcorn. It’s a little loud but that’s to be expected.

Nice red air popper for making popcorn. I really don't care for using oil so this really works for me. The are does get really hot so you've got to be careful. And be sure to be there and watch it. Don't go running off or get distracted with other things because sometimes there are kernels that linger on the bottom and don't pop. They can get over-cooked really fast but still won't pop. But depending on the type of popcorn you get, most of the kernels do pops. I've not tried the butter melter thingie on top. Seems more of a gimmick than useful. Just get a small bowl and microwave a 1/3 of a stick of your favorite butter and pour it on. This is a great kitchen gadget and is easy to use.

It is easy to use and barely need any cleaning. Popcorn kernels popped close to 100% in a few minutes. However butter cannot be added, therefore popcorns are produced dry and may not meet your taste needs but on the other hand, it is more healthy.

Does a great job popping popcorn. The measuring cup is very convenient. I haven't tried melting butter in it but I love making popcorn at home, all the flavor options at a fraction of the cost. Great buy especially if you catch it on sale or deal of the day!

Pops most kernels in a few minutes. Quick disassembly to clean. Can cool oil while the pop corns popping but flavcol with olive oil microwaved than placed on is amazing

makes my homemade popcorn making easy. we frequently use it. only downside if you want to make a lot of popcorn, you have to wait it to cool down before you can make next batch
