Waste of Money!

Not Working

Because Best Buy is the store I order all my electrical stuffs. I am very disappointed with this purchase , I don't know what i can do with a toaster that is not working you all at best buy tell me what should I do. This is the first time Best Buy got such a poor Rating from me

Doesn't toast evenly

I expected better quality in that I have a BELLA 12-cup coffee that makes the best quality coffee compared to other more expensive brands I've has in the past. Best Buy made the return process easy.

Has a hot spot

The first time it was used, it toasted the piece of bread on the left side of the toaster just fine while burning the one on the right. I would return but I missed the deadline by 2 days. I am out $20 for a piece of junk. My mother wanted a cheap toaster oven but not this cheap!

Toast was coming out good at first then it started coming out with burn stripes under and regular on top. I tried cooking two small half chkn breast..took forever and then it was dry..few other mishaps.. Oh well you get what you pay for.

Caught fire in a month

I’ve unplugged it and will not be plugging it back in. I think it goes without saying this is not what I was looking for and can not recommend this product.

Unsafe Toaster Oven

Put bread in to toast and I was extremely surprised that the toaster oven got extremely hot on the outside when I tried to touch it. I felt it was very dangerous especially if children were using it, bad enough for adults. This was my experience with this toaster oven. Returned it.
