Really wanted to like this toaster as a lot of the features I liked especially the nice stainless steel appearance, compact sizse and control button layout. The disappointment came when I plugged it in (short cord) and put in my bread to toast. My toast came out toasted unevenly and some portions were burned black. Additionally, this model does not have a pop up feature that many toasters have that pops the toasted item above the metal portion of the toaster. This important feature allows you remove the bread without having to stick your fingers in the slots and thereby risking burning them. You literally have to use a pair of tongs to accomplish this task which is just something I do not want to do. So, needless to say I returned the item back to Best Buy and will continue to look for another model that fits my needs.

I like the ease of use of the toaster. The quality is sturdy and holds up with multiple uses.

Got in on sale and really like it ! It’s easy to clean and perfect for toast and has wide space enough for thick slices as well ! It’s not too heavy for it’s size ! Liking it so far !

This toaster is simple to use, light, compact and does a good job. I needed a toaster to use until my things arrived to my new home. This was perfect.

The toaster works well and the numbered adjustment knob makes it easy for me to choose/remember the level of browning. However it doesn't pop the toast up high enough. I have burned my fingers when I try to remove the toast and have to use a tongs.

This toaster has exceeded our expectations as it is quick to toast bread and has a overall nice design. The price is great and would advise for anyone to purchase.

We bought this to replace our small, basic toaster that wouldn't fit wider slices of bread. This toaster is plenty big enough and provides nice, even toasting. Very satisfied!
