This has been a pretty solid toaster for me since purchase. No problems or issues as it does what any toaster does. This is pretty aesthetically pleasing to have in your kitchen despite the color scheme. It toasts pretty quick and doesn’t take much space.

I bought this toaster at a great price. After researching other options, I thought that I couldn't go wrong with this Holiday deal.Tge slots were wide enough to toast bagels which was a plus for us. I used it for the first time yesterday and unfortunately it would be the last time. Had it only have been that the toast didn't pop up all the way, I still would have kept it but it wasn't. After my raisen bread popped up, I left one in the slot to toast a little more. After pushing the handle down, the side that didn't have the raisen bread, sparked and a small flame popped out of top inside of the toaster. Luckily I was still by toaster to see this and I yelled for my husband, only to put out the small flame myself. It literally left a black line on the inside of the toaster. My daughter bought a Bella 4 slicer a few years back on Amazon and we never had a problem with it, not even toasting our Greenlys raisen bread with glaze. Perfectly toasted every time so why this new toast caught flame is very concerning.

Excellent and evenly browns the bread. I got this for $10 on sale. I replaced the pads on bottom because it wasn’t level. I could have returned it but for the price and quality of the toast I kept it. It’a great toaster, not the highest quality manufacturing and materials but it’s great value.

This toaster has a wide opening. The kids crustables don’t get stuck anymore nor do my bagels.

Excellent toaster. It's quick at toasting your choice of bread. It toasts / browns your bread evenly. It does fit a bagel, but you'd need to poke it in a bit. My only complaint is the cord is a tad short and very stiff.

I bought this toaster to replace one I’ve had for years but it started burning toast on one side so when I seen this online on sale I thought Great timing! Well, not so much. I used it 3 times my toast was “toast” burned on 1 side with the dial on 3 so I tried again on 2 to no avail so I thought maybe I got a defected product or someone dropped it so I took it back and exchanged it for a different one but same exact toaster. Tried it that day, SAME THING! Back to the store it went. I’m really disappointed that it didn’t work and that I wasted my time & gas with this. Makes me 2nd guess other Bella products. Pictures below shows the setting on 2. The dial settings are 1-6

Bread doesn't pop up enough to get it out without getting your fingers burnt

Meets all expectations and then some. Construction is strong, toasting color coverage is perfect.

Nice and classic look. I used to keep ma toasters inside the cabinet but this one gives a show to my countertop. I keep it outside.

I hope this model does not represent the average toaster in 2020. -Poor engineering -Uneven heat distribution -Poor internal heating element design. -Poor craftmanship internal heating elements already show failure, loss of electrical connectivity. See photo missing hot spots. -Variation of heat too great from cold start to just adding a #2 for for a normal toast. Meaning if you put your bread in cold, hit #3 then nothing happens, you hit the toast again and it's black. -Differnet brands of bread have different effects I've never had this problem before it either toasted or it didn't. -Sometimes it toasts sometimes it burns sometimes it does nearly nothing which makes you want to retoast again but since the unit is hot the second time it makes it black. - I've never wasted more bread in my life. - I hate this toaster. - This toaster is the worst toaster I have ever had in my life. I think emergency $10 toasters at target were better than this. It's a shell with toy parts inside. Enhance your quality of life. Buy another toaster and don't do what I did as soon as it failes the perfect toast return it. Don't make due. Don't try to adjust the knobs. Don't settle because you're too busy. Toast is important. We wakeup, ready to take on the day, grab a cup of coffee, and the last thing we need is a bad start. I didn't realize how much happiness this toaster has stollen from my life until writing this and having to recall all it's shortcomings like: Stinking up my house, burning the last pair of toast I had before I made it to the market, all the wasted toast that ended up in the compost bin. I can go on and on. Bella is now a brand I will forever remember like an elephant. Bella's manufacturing and QA is in my opinon that to be avoided for ease of life. #neveragain

I used this toaster to try making a sandwich, and I like how it evenly toast the bread.

It toasts really quickly. Unfortunately the slots are just a little too narrow for bagels, even trying to squish them before you put them in doesn't work so the slots need to be wider. Toast and muffins fit fine.

I bought two of these toasters to put in short-term rentals. I guess I should have tested them. The first time someone tried to use one, the lever wouldn’t stay down at all, rendering it completely useless. It's too late to return them. So, I bought trash, apparently. I'm very disappointed.

absolute junk ! will last six months, then Bella will refuse to exchange on their useless warranty...
