Burns one side, toasts the other. I saw some reviews that say that but wanted to give it a try. Can't recommend this product.

Mine must have been defective. It only heats the outer sides of each slots. The inner side does not heat at all, so it toast on one side.

Purchased on sale and used my reward certificates so ended up being just $10! A little more compact and nice stainless steel look. The slots could be a little longer and I wish you could make the lever bring the food further up. But for the price I can't complain. The other toaster I had previously purchased smelled everytime I used it...so I'm content with a simple toaster that has a modern look.

I used to have a four-slot toaster, but it broke. Wanting to conserve counter space, and having just had a baker's dozen of bagels delivered to my home during the COVID-19 shutdown, I was in a bind. Thankfully, my local Best Buy offered curbside pickup AND they had this toaster available! The slots are wide enough to accommodate the bagels I bought and it has a bagel setting to boot! While I wasn't happy to have my older toaster die on me, this stainless steel Bella Wide-Slot toaster stepped into my life at just the right time. It's also super easy to use. You put the product into the slots, press down on the lever, and the dial helps select how long it runs. Once it's done, it pops up - but not hard enough to totally eject the product into the air and onto the counter. That's pretty important, in my opinion.

Great toaster for the money. It toasts evenly and is easy to use. Bought it to keep in our camper and it is a nice size.

Great toaster for the price. Very wide slots to toast almost anything. Haven't used it that much yet so I can't vouch for longevity. The smell it puts off when you first use it is very strong. I doubled what the directions say to do before toasting something the first time. I still get the smell a little when I use it but nothing to the amount of effecting the taste of the food.

Quality stands. I would recommend this to everyone it performs exactly as a toaster should. This high-powered device makes perfect toast. Price is reasonable. I’ve checked other toasters before purchasing this one and all the others were extremely expensive and I thought, what else does a toaster need to do. Are you buying it to do flips and butter your toast too? This one is perfect for every home and affordable.

Awesome toaster! Toasts perfectly, small, cute toaster. Bought it on sale for $20! The first time use it had an off smell, but it has since subsided.

A toaster is a toaster! I only paid $14.99 for this toaster (Black Friday sale). Sweet! The price point deserves 5 stars. HOWEVER, the bread does NOT pop up far enough. I always use a pair of tongs to pull the bread out of the toaster (or manually push up on the black lever to push the bread further up). Ridiculous! There is NO sound alerting one when the toast is finished and pops up. My old toaster had an alert sound when it finished toasting my bagel, raisin toast or wheat bread. I always knew when it was done because the sound alerted me (there are times when I have to walk away). The slots are definitely wide enough for a bagel. It also has a defrost feature button in case one has a frozen bagel or frozen bread. It has a "reheat" button. The reheat feature works nicely. I've used it several times. There is also a "cancel" button above reheat. The Bella toaster has 6 settings. I set it at 3.50 (no, it doesn't have 1/2 numbers in between). The electrical cord is NOT retractable. One cannot hide the cord when it is not in use. The electrical cord is almost 29 inches. It's not very long. The cord is located in the front right corner, which is very strange. The crumb tray is very easy to remove, clean and reinsert. It's almost 5 inches wide. We have a small kitchen and not a lot of counter-top space. This is the reason I purchased the Bella toaster. It toasts evenly which is a positive. Whenever I use the toaster it goes on top of our quartz countertop. It's safe enough to put on any surface. The toaster does what it is supposed to do. The Black Friday price point of $14.99 deserves 5 stars. The toaster ONLY receives 3 stars based on the above stated detailed information.

This is an elegant and functional toaster with all the settings that you would ever need for bagels, toast, and those quick on the go breakfasts that the kids love. User friendly. Find your right setting and you will have that perfect toast of your item of choice. We love it and looks great on my counter with my stainless steel appliances.

Love toast with my coffee, this is the perfect size toaster for bagels, pre-made waffles or toast. The quick way of cleaning it, is great. I am a bit OCD, grosses me out to see any toaster with crumbs at the bottom. The large door underneath makes it so easy to clear out after each use. The price is sooo affordable, I will but another once this one begins to irritate me with any ugly stains I can’t remove.

For the price, this is a solid toaster. Its got pretty wide slots so you can toast big ol' slices of bread. Perfect for open face sandwiches. Its hard to beat it for the price. Does what it needs to, and looks nice in your kitchen.

This toaster looks nice but is pretty lightweight and seems flimsy - such that we thought about taking it back. But it toasts well. We've had bad luck with other, more expensive and more "solid" toasters that either toast unevenly or take an inordinate amount of time to finish toasting (you kind of wonder how complicated it could be, after all these years, to make a toaster that toasts quickly and evenly). This model produces a uniform result and doesn't take too long to do it. We use the "Bagel" setting (where it still toasts both sides of a slice but lengthens the time toasting) not only for bagels but for dense breads. Performance is what counts for a toaster, so we decided to keep it.

Great toaster at a great price. No problems seems to toast bread as it should very pleased, worried about it being very lightweight and it would slide around the counter top when touched but seems to stay stationary and in its place.

Great quality with a nice finishing touch. Excellent product with nice, wide slots for your slices. What really is a great feature is that is makes a very even toast, where most of the similar products don't. Very happy with the purchase. One little caveat is the fact that, since it's metal, it may heat the outside surface a bit on the higher side. Watch your hands and do NOT pick it up with bear hands immediately after use.

Simple, cheap, effective. Yes, it gets hot. Yes, the bread wont pop up all the way if its not large enough. Yes, there is a plastic smell that goes away after running it a few times as explained in the instructions manual. If you're expecting this cheap toaster to pamper you in luxury and be your personal artisan bread baker then you will be disappointed. Its a box that heats bread, people! Temper your expectations or buy a top of the line toaster that will fit your demanding needs. If you're looking for a cheap, sensible, no-frills solution for your toasting needs then this toaster is more than adequate.

Great basic toaster. Has everything you need. Toasts great, self adjusting wide slots, and easy to clean. Toasts bread, english muffins, and bagels great. Had a Bella model similar to this before for quite a while. I trust this brand a lot.

My $15 Cuisinart toaster from Costco gave up the ghost so I thought I'd give this highly reviewed item a try. It is really a good deal for the money. Extremely lightweight so we just keep it in the pantry unless we want to toast. Nice wide slots and toasts evenly.

We just renovated our kitchen and were in desperate need of a new toaster. We weighed the pros and cons of a few toasters and we really liked the look of this toaster and the price point was great. Toasts bread and English muffins very evenly. The controls are easy to use. Just be careful, as the metal piece in between the the two slots gets extremely hot (I burned my thumb) if the bread is sitting low inside the toaster and you have to pull it out. Otherwise, a good toaster so far.
