Why doesn't Bella fix the green light cover issue?

It's just frustrating that Bella doesn't fix this issue. The red light cover seems to be ok and it's always the green cover that is the issue. I will never buy another Bella product again as I have found most of the time they will either arrive defective or will break down the road.

Heats up quickly and cooks omelette to perfection. I keep shredded cheese and bacon or ham pieces ready so omelets are quick and easy to make. Easy to clean

Burns your omlett

Broke after a month

I was able to finish my quesadilla. Figured I would check out the source the next day/after I cleaned it. Went to make another quesadilla the next day and the same burning plastic smell came again. This time I was able to identify it being by the coil the brings heat from pan A to pan B. However this time, it heated for about a minute then stopped heating. The lights would come on but no heat was produced. Seems like something on the inside was plastic and burned. I called to have it replaced bc there is a two year warranty and they said they would send me an email to start the replacement process. Two days later. Nothing. Sent an email. Nothing....
