My husband likes his omelets well done and this fills the bill - also quicker than the "5-minute red chef" I used to have. To me it is more of a frittata maker than an omelet maker.

Easy to use but hard to wash

States no water on unit. Hiw do you ckean it? Anyway just went back in cabinet to collect dust
