The rotisserie option didn’t not cook the chicken all the way through. Had to finish it in the oven. It did get it really pretty on the outside with good flavor. You can’t go by the times listed in the book that came with it. You have to play around with timing and temperatures because you’ll either end up with raw food or burnt food.
