If you are jumping into the Air Frying wave of cooking. The Bella Air Fryer is a great place to start. This has plenty of interior space to cook more than just french fries. Ten preset cooking buttons cover most recipes and items you would cook in a larger oven, but at a smaller fraction of time. So far I tried the "air fry" on freezer tater tots and fries. "Pizza" for a personal sized freezer pizza and the "Rotisserie" setting to try and cook a whole raw chicken. While everything turned out crunchy without added oil. The chicken failed after 35 minutes. (Finished in regular oven). Completely my fault. It lost balance and couldn't keep spinning. I will need get some more practice to get that perfect balance on the Rotisserie for the breast heavy chickens my local store sells. May try game hens next time. The most important thing to remember, is this air fryer cooks so much quicker than I'm used to. It is mentioned in the manual to shave off about 20-30% of the time recommended for the food you are cooking. Once I can master the speed and settings. This should be a perfect companion to add an extra oven when cooking larger meals for friends and family get-togethers. It's only been a week, but it has been a good choice. And looking forward to trying the Jerky recipe for the dehydrate setting.

Perfect size for larger families! Rotisserie works marvelously! Never did rotisserie before and it came out perfect! I was VERY surprised at the final result. Easy cleanup, not just on the outer parts, but also on the inside especially with that bottom tray covering it. So many options to utilize I never knew how much it could do until really getting into it! Super easy to use! Love the touch screen. The value is well worth the price which wasn’t bad at all. I expected good quality and received excellent quality! The space inside was a pleasant surprise. Much better than the basket versions in my opinion! I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for an air fryer- rotisserie- roaster- broiler- baker- dehydrator… yes… it does that much! Plus more but did I need to go on?!

This Bella Pro Series combination Air Fryer/Pizza Oven can meet all of your cooking needs. It combines the capability of a convection oven with the versatility of an air fryer. The handy space saving design cleverly eliminates the need for separate counter top appliances. The digital touch screen makes operating it as easy as pushing a few buttons. It is extremely powerful for its size, and can get as hot as you need it too in order to heat and fry your favorite foods. The consistent cooking power yields food that is cooked very evenly. It has made my life easier, and is now my go to kitchen appliance for cooking and heating up food. It can truly do it all, and I highly recommend it for any kitchen. ---HIGHLIGHTS--- High Power Multi Function Air Fryer/Pizza Oven that Fries, Bakes, Grills, Broils, and Dehydrates, 12.6 Quart Capacity, Digital Touchscreen Control Panel, Stainless Steel Finish DESIGN AND CONTROLS: The digital touchscreen control panel is clearly labeled. All it takes to get started is to select the cook mode, cook time, and cook temperature. It is just as easy to use as you would expect it to be. The cooking modes are: Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Broil, Reheat, Keep Warm, Pizza, Bacon, Dehydrate, Rotisserie. All of the modes work are self-explanatory and work very well. I especially like the Air Fry mode because it is able to stimulate the taste of fried food by circulating hot air without frying in oil. The Air Fry mode is especially useful for mozzarella sticks, french fries, and chicken. The other modes can be used based on your personal preference. The 12.6 quart capacity is big enough for most cooking jobs. It is large enough to cook a 10 inch pizza. A pizza pan is included, which is a nice extra touch. This oven has a large capacity but is taller than it is wide, so it doesn’t take up much counter space. Just make sure there is enough room under your cabinets. The included accessories are: 10 inch Pizza Pan, 2 Air Fry Racks, Drip Pan, Rotisserie Bar and Holder.

The Bella Pro Series - 12.6-qt. Touchscreen Air Fryer Pizza Oven Dehydrator - Stainless Steel machine in my opinion has earned 4 out of 5 stars because although it seems to perform a bunch of tasks, it does not toast. There are ovens of this type out there that can also toast and that allows the user to have only one appliance on the counter where real estate is at a premium and clutter not wanted. Although the oven is listed at 12.6 quarts in size, its footprint is small and it can only cook whatever food is about 7-8 inches in diameter. I am self-employed and I am using this multi-function oven in my office that is outside the home to cook my lunch and even dinner on very long days when I do not want to use a microwave. In fact both the microwave and the oven are side by side on a shelf in my back room. The oven, for safety purposes, has a short, polarized cord so it needs to be near and used in an outlet that can accept polarized tips. I have only had this oven for a little over a week, so.clearly, I have not had time to enjoy all the options that it has. However, I have used many of them and enjoy them and if you are in an office setting or a small apartment this is wonderful because it is a small appliance that allows you to perform multiple tasks. I did use the small owner's manual and can see that there are no hard and fast rules on times and temperatures. You see, even though it has preset times and temps based on the type of function, those are totally adjustable and there are several levels that the cooking shelf can be on so you would want less time and temp if you had the food that was cooking closer to the elements since it would need less. I did see an advisory point that said not to put the bacon on the top cooking level and too close to the element because that has more fat and could cause issues. The machine already comes with a solid drip pan for the bottom or whatever is your bottom cooking level, 2 perforated air crisper trays, a circular nonstick pizza pan, and rotisserie prongs and pincer. I have not yet had time to do a rotisserie item, but look forward to that. I often insert parchment paper on my cooking surfaces and did note that you can buy from Amazon 7 inch pre-cut circular pizza pan parchment papers in multiples of 100 or more. Just a final and quick thought, this is a great primary oven, unless, you need more space in a conventional-sized oven, but this is a great auxiliary cooker for holidays and special occasions that require more oven space that can be pulled out for the event and then put away, if wanted.

So Glad My Husband Bought It!!!!

We really like this air fryer. This is an upgrade from our chefman air fryer. According to the instructions on the chefman, we we're supposed to be able to rotisserie a chicken. It was too small. So my husband went to pick up something else from Best buy. He called me going crazy over the Bella Air Fryer, and a sales rep approached him and said he owned and regularly used the Bella and has never had a problem. No broken parts, nor over heating. It was on sale, and he was was sold on the size and excellent price. I told him don't get because I thought it was the same size as the chefman. I so happy he didn't listen. He bought it and the next day we were able to rotisserie a chicken!!! It turned out excellent!!! Each air fryer is different when it comes to temperature settings. The Bella Air fry setting is 400°, and the Chefman chicken setting is 380°. So when air frying chicken in the Bella, I do lower the temperature to 380° because at 400° the chicken was over cooked. On Bella, Air fry setting is 400°, and on Chefman French fries setting is 400°. The time on both air fryers is 20 minutes. On both, I cook french fries for 12 to 14 minutes. So play with temperatures and cooking times, and you truly will enjoy this Bella Air Fryer. And before the week was out, I returned and purchased one for my sister, and another for my sister in law. Both really love their Bella Air Fryers too. And we all use them everyday. We highly recommend this product!!!

I was SHOCKED when we brought this air fryer home. It is so nice and so big for our family! We have had a 2.6 quart Bella air fryer for like 5 years now and the only reason we upgraded to this one is because we needed more space in the air fryer for more food. We used our old air fryer multiple times daily, like religiously! It is a life-changing (and great habit) to use. I've cooked meat, cakes, biscuits, baked pasta in glassware in the old air fryer... I mean the list goes on and on. That old Bella appliance NEVER let me down. It was always reliable and I have never had an issue with it. That's why when I upgraded to this 12.6 quart one, I was determined it would be another Bella appliance. The price point is what stands out along with the quality of the product. I'm confident this item will also last for years to come (I hope). We never use our big kitchen oven because it heats up the entire kitchen and living room and takes too much electricity. The air fryer is a fantastic way to totally avoid heating up your indoor area AND saving a significant amount on your electricity bill! This new oven has so many extras with it: 2 mesh racks and a pizza pan, along with the hardware to mount a whole chicken for rotisserie baking! My husband was originally not thrilled we got a larger air fryer, but now he realizes this one has so many possibilities compared to a simple air fryer that has a pull out drawer. Oh, but there's three more things I LOVE about this appliance: - an internal oven light you can turn on or it turns on briefly when you open the door (like how a microwave does) - the door opens like a microwave door which I am so glad they designed it like this! I have been burned in the past but a Breville oven that had a swing down door. - The touch screen is so nice and it works beautifully. This item is just all around amazing and certainly worth your time and money.

my friend really loves her air fryer so I started looking for one at best buy. they had this one and it was not only an air fryer. it is an oven, toaster, dehydrator, air fryer and rotisserie all in one. every oven has different internal temperatures and it took a little adjustments to not over cook the food since the temperature and time of cooking needs to be reduced. i have not tried the rotisserie or the dehydrator option yet. the top fan does blow quite a bit and the pepperonis on the pizza does fly off unless you put another tray on top of the pizza pan. we are enjoying the much faster time to heat things up and making homemade nuggets and air frying vegetables.

    A Game-Changer for Busy Families

I recently purchased the Bella Pro Series - 12.6-qt. Digital Air Fryer Oven, and it has proven to be an absolute game-changer in our kitchen. We initially bought it as a temporary solution while waiting for our oven to be repaired, but it has become a permanent fixture in our home. This air fryer is perfect for families with an active lifestyle. The 12.6-quart capacity provides ample space for cooking a variety of meals, making it convenient for busy households. One of the standout features is the included pizza pan, which has become our go-to for quickly preparing frozen pizzas and reheating delivery pizzas. It's also fantastic for cooking a variety of meats, ensuring they come out perfectly cooked and delicious. The digital controls make it easy to set the desired temperature and cooking time, offering a hassle-free cooking experience. The air fryer's efficiency and speed have saved us a significant amount of time in the kitchen. While the Bella Pro Series air fryer has exceeded our expectations in many ways, I do have one small wish—that it had a self-cleaning feature. LOL The the Bella Pro Series - 12.6-qt. Digital Air Fryer Oven is a fantastic addition to any kitchen, especially for those with a fast-paced lifestyle. Its versatility, efficiency, and user-friendly design make it a worthwhile investment. If a self-cleaning model were introduced in the future, it would undoubtedly elevate the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Since air fryers seem to be the trendy new thing, I thought I’d hop on the bandwagon. So far, it has absolutely lived up to the hype. I mean, what isn’t there to love about a device that can fry, roast, broil, bake, reheat, and dehydrate at the touch of a button with no added preheat time? The answer is (almost) nothing. Everything you need to use this device comes in the box. Once the packaging is removed, you simply need to plug it in and you’re good to go. Over the last week, I used this guy to make toast, cook french fries, chicken, spanakopita, and reheat leftovers. Next up is salmon and I’d really like to try doing a rotisserie chicken. I literally have not touched my regular oven since this was delivered and I don’t plan on it unless I’m making a pizza...which is probably the one downfall of this air fryer. It’s advertised as a family device with extra-large capacity - don’t get me wrong, it is big - but it can only cook a pizza up to 10” in diameter. Frozen pizzas or Papa Murphy’s take-n-bakes are definitely not going to fit in here. It’s a bummer, but if that’s the one thing I have to cook in my regular oven, I think I’ll live. If you’re looking for a kitchen appliance that can do just about everything, do it well, and do it quickly, I’d highly recommend this Bella Air Fryer. Before I forget, one quick piece of advice. The first time you use this oven, it does smell a little bit. I’d recommend using a fan or cracking the windows. After that, you should be good to go without issue!

I am late convert to air frying. When the big-name brand fryer first came out, it was a bit out of my reach, so I ordered a store brand version. Wasn’t impressed with the performance, ended up selling it. I recently was able to purchase that brand name fryer and fell in love with it. My steaks came out flavorful. It made my roasted red potatoes yummy, and my chicken was juicy, not dried out as it did in the oven. I soon discovered that it would be a good idea to have a second fryer for sides so I could cook in both at the same time. I jumped at the chance to review the Bella Pro Series fryer because of the fact that (a) it air fried, (b) made pizza, which is a favorite in our house, and (c) looked like a mini oven. I wanted to like it, y’all. I really did. I have very mixed feelings on the product. My other fryer opens from the top, and has a fry basket insert, as well as a grill insert. This unit comes with two crisper racks, one drip pan, one pizza pan, and a rotisserie skewer. There are no shelves other than the crisper racks themselves. I wish that it had come with some kind of baking pan, a basket, or even a small jellyroll pan. As I said, I like to fry potatoes and, in this unit, I would have to carefully place the cubes on a crisper rack that has no sides at all. My other fryer, I can just dump them in the basket once I season them. The unit is heavy, so I would make a home on your counter and plan on leaving it there. It’s attractive and will match most kitchens. It takes up a lot of room, both height and width wise. If you have a small kitchen, even though it’s multifunctional, it may not work for you. One thing that stood out to me while reading the manual was that it is recommend that you use some non-plastic mat or coasters to keep the feet (plasticizers) from “migrating” (read: melting) onto your counter. Yikes. I ordered a silicone mat that I hope will work; I didn’t get it in time for this review. This is not something I expected from a unit such as this. Something I didn’t see in the manual was if the inserts were dishwasher safe. I have washed them in the dishwasher and so far, no worse for wear. For testing, I made steak, chicken, rolls, and a frozen pizza. For the steak and chicken, I place the meat on one of the crisper racks and had the drip pan underneath. Because the crisper has so many holes in it, you’ll want to keep the crisper on the drip pan until you put them in the oven, or use a plate; otherwise the meat will basically be sitting on your counter while you prep it. Both meats came out juicy and flavorful. No issues with doneness. For the rolls, I had to take the crisper pan, place some foil over that, and then put the bread on it (the rolls were to be baked inside their foil packaging). I did this because I was afraid of dye transfer from the labels on the bag. I didn’t feel I could use a baking pan because (a) I don’t know if I have one the appropriate size, and (b) the crisper racks are very thin, almost flimsy. Not a lot of strength implied there. The pizza was most disappointing. The pizza was too big for the pan it came with, so I put the pizza on a crisper rack. I had to smush the pizza a bit to get it to fit (I thought frozen pizzas were 10” normally). After the initial 8-minute preset, the cheese was melted but the dough looked underdone. I cooked it another 8 minutes. The top was then overcooked, yet the dough remained undercooked. My family said it was fine, but I couldn’t get myself to try it. All in all, I wasn’t impressed with this unit. It looks attractive, it’s easy to use, and good for some uses. The inside looks like another oven I will have to clean because there’s very little keeping the food and grease from touching the inside of the unit. The last thing I need is something else to clean.

This little machine can do so much! It's nearly perfect for cooking just about anything I want. I use a 10 inch baking pan in it so I can cook eggs, liquid foods, or individual sized pizzas (up to about 10 inches). Bacon, sausage, hot dogs, wings, french fries, vegies, etc. get cooked right on the included racks. While I haven't tried the dehydrator function, I know others who have with good results. I also haven't cooking with the rotisserie, but it works well and I look forward to trying it with a variety of meats. The unit is small enough to fit under my overhead cabinets, which is great. The outside doesn't get too hot and the inside light is great to have. It heats quickly and the controls are easy to use. Okay, here's the "not perfect" aspects: - all the cooking modes are just different temperature settings and times (which are easily changed with the "up/down" buttons). This means the interior fan is on all the time and can really whip up a torrent with certain foods like pancake batter and eggs or anything liquid. Toast can literally lift off the rack (see the Consumer Reports video of the "flying toast mystery" on a Bella air fryer). There are ways to adjust to this, but it would be nice if there was a mode that didn't blow the fan, at least not so fast. - you won't be able to fit a pizza larger than 10 inches in this, so it limits what pizzas you can cook - the racks are easily cleaned in the dishwasher, but I can't find a place to buy exact replacements and I'm worried that they'll wear out eventually - the light only stays on for about 30 seconds and then shuts off... not a big deal. - you have to hold the power button for a few seconds to switch to "off" - the hinged door has to open wide to allow the inside racks to be removed and the racks are not secured on the top side, so when pulling them out they tend to fall forward.

We got this air-fryer mainly to make frozen snacks like jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks. It’s great for that, but we were pleased to discover it works for more than just that. The very first thing we made when we got it was a rotisserie chicken! The oven has a preset for it, but we upped the time to 30 minutes and a 5-lb chicken came out cooked all the way through and incredibly moist! I will note that the booklet included with the air-fryer isn’t very informative regarding cooking times and most food packaging doesn’t include instructions for a convection oven (that is what an air-fryer is; a small convection oven). The general guideline is to decrease the time, or the temperature listed in the regular oven directions and that holds true here. We prepared an array of frozen fried items over the first few days of having the air-fryer (for science, of course) and found that decreasing the cooking time by about 20% was usually spot on. For instance, fried pickles with oven instructions calling for 10 minutes at 450 degrees were perfect after 8 minutes at 400 degrees (that is as hot as the air-fryer gets). This is definitely an appliance that will stay on the counter-top and be used on a regular basis. It’s perfect for after school snacks as well as for sides like fries on burger night.

Upfront this is the best air fryer I have used to date. Operational Evaluation Bella Pro Series Bella Pro Series - 12.6-qt. Touchscreen Air Fryer Pizza Oven Dehydrator - Stainless Steel Model:90116 SKU:6412331 Also, no accessory parts are available at the time of this review from either site. But none needed. Unit comes with all the parts you need. Be advised this is a very heavy duty Air fryer and looks great. Cut my cooking time in half versus my other air fryers. Summary report: Product meets or exceeds all described functions. This unit cooks mass quantities of food fast (12.6 quarts is a very large air fryer). Bella products are known for quality at the right price point. Detailed results: Electrical cord was medium length. Also, the unit is solid and the SS with black accents makes the unit look great for most kitchens. This unit is well insulated. Hot dogs, finger foods and Coni Islands did great. Also tried some chicken breasts. Pizza at this time is off my fat man diet as I am trying to reduce weight on a modified Chet Akins diet (guitar string and picks). ARGH! Pizza pan is included and makes a nice extra drip tray. Rectangular drip tray, gridded racks, and rotisserie are included. This unit is larger than most air fryers but not as large as the full-size air fryer ovens. Fan on air fry cooks very fast. The 24 hour fail safe safety timer is unique and needed feature for all non-coffee pots appliances (it would be nice if it was adjustable to 6 hours). I also unplug my portable appliances after use and even hit the circuit breaker during power outages for my appliances with no surge protector. Be safe at all times as convenience comes at a cost. By far the best air fryer I’ve owned! With several options from rotisserie, air fry, bake, dehydrate or even keep warm, this unit is a true all in one. I’ve been able to eliminate my toaster, toaster oven and I even have an alternate when the oven is in use for meat! Digital controls allow for a clean appeal and the unit is honestly well built. With a smaller footprint, considering the capacity, I barely notice it on the counter. When in operation, it isn’t so loud. The air fryer also has a reminder when something is left inside.

This is a fantastic product, especially at the sale price! To that one guy (JimC), who will never see this, but thinks he's a professional reviewer with his book review he wrote putting this product down, I say, get a life! This product is quiet, easy to use, the display is a bit dim, but not overly. I tried the comparable instant pot model, it was so loud, more expensive, and felt cheaper made. Though it did come with a basket, which Jim complained this one didn't. He also tried fitting a full size frozen pizza and snapped a pick of that, which is what I found others complaining of. Listen, if this is for maybe a frozen Tostinos one, don't expect this to replace your oven though. But a toaster oven if that's what you want. Some people lack logic though. Overall, having owned 4 different air fryers, ranging from Ninja, to insignia and IP. This is my favorite. Great space saver, quality, and easy operation.
