However, having used this for about a month It is awesome.Most frozen items have no cooking instructions for an air-fryer.So I experimented a little.Works out with my method.

Main disadvantages for me: 1. when you want to turn around the food and pull the tray - the fat or juice drips on the counter so you need something to catch that. 2. Cleaning is more time consuming- you have to clean not only trays but walls of the fryer. 3. Lower tray cooks slower (almost doesn’t cook if it’s meat but works better if your lower tray has veggies and you are ok with juice dripping from the upper tray).
