DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM BELLA

I called the manufacture and was basically told that they were not going to "fix" it and that it was Bestbuys responsibility since I was still within the return window. So, I had to box it back up and drive all the way back to Bestbuy but decided I wanted nothing more to do with this manufacture or its products and went with a Chefman instead. Other reviewers had said that the customer service at Bellas was sub-par and I should have listened. I can show you the email they sent me that said they wouldn't send me the parts. Anyway, BUYER BEWARE. I don't normally leave bad reviews but if I can save you time/money then it was worth it to me.

I wasn't sure about it but it has proven to come in handy on a regular basis. It is fast and easy to operate, We have been using it almost daily for the past couple of weeks since we purchased it.
