I've used every preset setting besides "dehydrate". Haven't had a reason to use that preset, but sure something will come up. the cooking area is large enough for my needs not to small or to big.

It is perfect for a small space on the counter top. It has so many cooking features and it does cook to perfection. It takes the place of an oven for me and it is amazing! P.S. It only weighs about 16 lbs.

After only a couple of uses....WOW I'm impressed!
