The only complaint would be the air circulation blows parchment paper around. I noticed this when I made pillsbury cookies. The paper flies around and impacts the shape of the cookies. Other than that this is a great oven. Crescent rolls turn out amazing. Light as a feather and crispy. I suggest using foil sheets fitted to the pan instead of parchment paper. Love this oven

Works great except fan blade hits heater coil

One caveat is that the blade hits the heater coil on startup a few times. Not everytime. Maybe half. Then its mostly silent. I got it on sale and already recycled the box or I'd probably return it.

Best Cooking Appliance ever!

Duh. Don't clean the trays with a green scratcher, use the blue. Wash it after every use. This is the best cooking appliance I have ever used. I can make tater tots or fries with chicken wings on one tray. I Put bacon on the top tray and Brussel sprouts below it. Crepes are amazing on a preheated pan on the lowest level. Bacon!
