This rice cooker is big, very good product, easy to use.

I like the 20 cup rice cooker because it's big enough for me to invite all my kids over for a family dinner. It makes it more easy to simplify life because you can cook and go get other things done at the same time so dinner will be ready. I really also liked that it came with a chicken taco recipe and you just put all the ingredients in, start it and go get everything else done. I would buy this again and I recommend it....with people's busy life this makes it so much easier. Everything on it works I didn't have any problems and that's always great. Thanks for blessing my family and others with this creation.

This cooked the rice well without it being overdone on the bottom. It was also a great deal on sale.

A bit confusing instructional wise, does work, have patience. Sat waiting for a timer to appear, almost gave up after 15-17 minutes watching the four blue dashes scroll across, until eventually the 9:00 minute timer appeared. I almost unplugged it to check the rice thinking it was sitting here overcooking rice. It’s not though. Cooked our 2 cups of jasmine rice, with 2 cups of water, came out sticky and soft. A good amount for us and our two kids. Total cook time before going into warming mode was probably close to half an hour. Please with this purchase, unsure what the little measuring cup is for that’s on the side since it isn’t mentioned in the instructions.

Love it. Food cooks fast. Rice cooks fast and comes out soft. Better then the last rice cooker I had.

The rice cooker works great, but gave it a one star due to all the scratches it already has on the inside. It has scratches after the 3rd use, even though I only use the spatula it came with.

I bought this last month. I tried to use today. This brand new rice cooker cooks rice, but the LED display for timer doesn't work. It keeps showing the 4 dashing light during cooking & the display shows as "bb" during warm cycle, not the numbers. Also I tried to use the delay button & doesn't work; I can pick the time, but then it was reset by itself.

Picked up rice cooker today from Best Buy (shipping was not an option) and immediately noticed damaged box. Agent tried to see if there was another one available, but there was not. He assured me I could return it if it was damaged, but he thought it would be ok. After I got home, I decided to check as it was a Christmas gift. And was shocked at the amount of damage to the cooker. It looked like a forklift hit it! It’s going back tomorrow. At least I have time to search for another. Sadly, this was a Deal of the Day purchase.
