The toasting performance may be better than our previous toaster, and the countdown timer is a nice touch for coordinating with other items' cooking times. My only gripe is the finicky cancel button. Cancel works best by finger swiping down from above the word "cancel" and through the entire circle surrounding that word. Of course, you could unplug the toaster! All in all, pretty happy with it.
