Great device--if you have the room

The Bella Pro Series Digital Multi Cooker/Air Fryer is an excellent all-around device, provided you have the room for its rather large size. It's a veritable Swiss Army knife of devices, serving as a slow cooker/rice maker/food dehydrator/steamer/yogurt maker/pressure cooker and air fryer. (I might even have missed a few functions!)
For all of that, there's really two main functions: slow/pressure cooker, and air fryer. The switch is made possible by the use of interchangeable plates on the interior that convert the unit between the two core functions of air fryer and pressure cooker.
Over a bit less than two weeks, I've used it both ways, but mainly as an air fryer. It's been a definite winner in my book, and has largely replaced my previous Cuisinart pressure cooker and relegated my Cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven to pure oven/toaster duty.
Air frying various foods: french fries, corn dogs, chicken tenders/strips, all have come out perfectly cooked (after a burned the initial batch of fries--take the lower time estimate when starting out!). It's not quite like out of a proper oil fryer, but the gap was the smallest I've experienced with air frying. I did a roast with vegetables in the pressure cooker and after just 45 minutes it was spot on. It came up to pressure quickly, which was also nice.
The interface is fairly straight forward. Two parallel rows of functions, corresponding to the necessary plate for operation, with a display and time/temperature control in the center.
The stainless steel look is very appealing. So far it has resisted too much smudging. However, one of the nicest things is that the interior parts like the pot and fry basket are dishwasher safe. My biggest pet peeve with my other fryer was that it wasn't, which led to some very laborious scrubbing sessions to get them clean.
The one downside: it's huge. I have a large kitchen, and I have to maneuver it so it could open and not hit my cabinets with the top lid. There is a hot air vent on one side for fry use, and the steam vent is through the top.
Included in the package are the two different plates (for frying or pressure cooking), a safety handle to change them out while the unit is hot, a steam rack to place in the bottom of the removable pot, fryer basket and base, along with instructions and a small cookbook.
All in all, it's one of the most impressive kitchen devices I've used, performing admirably in two very different tasks. It's big, but that ensures that there's plenty of capacity for large batches. If you have the room for it, I highly recommend.

The first one I ordered had major defects, so I returned it to the Best Buy store. I reordered another one online, which had a minor defect. I contacted the company, but they were not willing to swap out the interior pot. So I had to return the 2nd one to the Best Buy store as well. Normally not a big deal, however, during Covid 19 pandemic to someone over 65, it was a big deal. I do not recommend the Bella combination air fryer/pressure cooker. I do recommend Best Buy purchases, however, check BBB before buying a Bella product.

Your apartment's kitchen will never be the same.

This is going to be an amazing upgrade for any kitchen, but most especially for smaller, more compact kitchens like those of us in apartments or shared dwellings. My roommate and I already owned a Farberware 6 qt. 7-in-1 pressure cooker that had become a blessing to our kitchen with cooking all kinds of foods (meats, rice, vegetables, beans) and with different methods (pressure, slow-cooked, steam, browning/searing, etc.) at a fraction of the time. After owning it for several years however, we started to see that the kitchen gadget industry had continued bringing out more kinds of these products out, most notably the air fryer. Our kitchen is quite tiny and having multiple kitchen gadgets already taking up space along with the essentials (blender, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, microwave, etc.) there just isn't enough room to have it all.
Thankfully, Bella has come up with an all-in-one solution for all of these new-generation kitchen appliances. It's like I took my pressure cooker, Crockpot, rice cooker, and an air fryer and fused it all into one large-yet--kinda-compact appliance. You can also bake, steam, roast, saute, broil, and reheat. And the best part of it all is I can now make my own yogurt! There are a total of 12 preset functions to utilize and the included documentation gives you neat instructions on how to get the most out of this multi-cooker as well as a recipe book, which I thought was cool.
I can't really say anything negative much about this cooker other than it's really, /really/ huge and quite on the heavy side, so you're better off keeping it stored on your kitchen counter rather than storing it, especially if it's going to be a primary appliance you'll be using for most of your home cooking needs. It is mostly stainless steel for the most part and will most likely stand out amongst your kitchen when having guests over. You'll probably get asked about it and what your experience with it has been. Be prepared to tell them they're going to want one too.

This is my first multi cooker/air fryer so I wasn't sure what to expect at the start. After using it for some time now, I can honestly say that the Bella Multi Cooker has not disappointed me in any way. It is easy to use and only takes up a little more space than a Keurig. The cooking pot, as well as the air fryer basket and grate have a nonstick coating on them making cleanup a breeze. Plus, the basket has a standoff so that grease and fat drip out of your food and are caught in the cooking pot for later disposal. Since it must circulate air while being used as an air fryer, it does create a far bit of noise in the process. As an off-the-cuff comparison, I'd say it's louder than a microwave and about on par with an over-stove exhaust fan running on high. Not unbearable by any stretch but you are well aware of when it's running.
As you can see from the supplied photos, the Bella Multi Cooker has 10 different cooking modes, plus delay start and keep warm features. The included manual contains detailed instructions on how to setup the device in order to utilize each mode correctly. So far, I've have cooked a bunch of different foods in it to see how well it would do, nearly all of them requiring the use of the air fryer mode. The Bella Multi Cooker lets you create the juicy and crispy chicken wings without having to leave your house. And the basket is large enough to fit an entire dozen in a single layer. It works equally well with both fresh and frozen wings; the frozen wings simply require a longer cook time. The only time I have had better wings is when they were deep-fried but the air fried ones are a very close second. Plus, they are healthier than the deep-fried ones since there is no oil used and the fat drips off into the cooking pot. This is also true for french fries and pork chops or steaks. Crispy outsides, properly cooked insides, and the pork remains juicy and tender. You can even use the air frying feature to make perfect baked potatoes without having to use your oven.
The Bella Multi cooker even comes with a ten-page recipe book. The first four pages are filled with cook temperatures, times, and modes for the most common vegetables and cuts of meat, as well as side dishes. It even claims that you can air fry a frozen pizza though I haven't tried this for myself yet. The remaining pages are filled with recipes that range from beef jerky and short ribs to homemade yogurt. I have not experimented with these recipes yet either. I feel that it is worth mentioning that the cook times from the recipe book are a range in order to suit different tastes. They get you in the ballpark, but it requires some trial and error to figure out what temps and times will get you the results you are looking for consistently.

Bought this air fryer on april 2021 & broke down on August 2021. That's 4 months & didn't used every day. Thank God I bought a warranty from Geek Squad from Best Buy. Returned it without any hassle & got my money back, minus the warranty. Bought a Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer. I Would not recommend the Bella Air fryer & if you buy it don't forget to buy the insurance. It would come in handy.

A win in the war over kitchen counter space!

The Bella Pro Multi Cooker has helped us solve a serious problem in our kitchen. Like most folks we have decent counter space but by the time we add our pressure cooker, our crock pot, and our air fryer to the space we are seriously out of room (and outlets) and so we are constantly shuffling our large, heavy appliances around.
This cooker is a jack-of-all-trades and allows us to have a single appliance out all of the time. Not to mislead you - this thing is a bit of a beast and you probably will need to seriously think about its placement but it is worth it.
We have air fried homemade french fries, hamburger patties, steaks and even asparagus spears and everything was delicious. We have pressure cooked everything from hard boiled eggs to homemade chicken broth. All great! And we haven't even touched the dehydrator function yet!
On the downside - the unit takes a little longer to come up to pressure than we are used to and shuffling the top units out between pressure cooking and air frying can be a bit perilous. But the results speak for themselves.
We recommend this cooker to anyone considering a pressure cooker, a crock pot or an air fryer. Why settle for multiple solutions when you can do it all with the Bella?

Excellent pressure cooker/air fryer, directions OK

Appearance, electronic touch control, construction materials, capacity, versatility -- all top notch. After cooking rice, making hard boiled eggs, beef stew, etc., the cooking results were superb. My rating would have been 5 stars except for the Instruction Manual lacking needed information and even misleading in a few places. For example: page 19 explains 8 steps to pressure cook, but leaves out 1 needed instruction following step 5 (it fails to tell the user to push Start/Stop button after using + and - button to set time). Page 23 explains how to cook rice, but doesn't give a hint as to how long to set the desired cooking time. Should it be 10 minutes? How about 15 minutes? Not even a hint or guideline such as "X" minutes per cup, or ounce. Finally, most cooking concludes when hearing the audible tone; whereupon, the user is to push the Steam Release button for what is supposed to be a 3 minute cycle. This implies the pressure has reached a level where the lid may be opened. Misleading! It may take 10 minutes + before the pressure reaches a level where the lid lock releases and may be opened. Bottomline: excellent pressure cooker/air fryer which delivers tender tasty superb results; however, not a time saver. Factor in time to build pressure and time to release pressure to open lid -- this adds to total food prep time and reduce somewhat one advantage of pressure cooking.
