A: In order to use the air fryer, one must use the air fryer grate (lid), but also the air fryer basket. The pressure cooker plate (lid) is made to work with the pressure cooking POT. You should never leave the pressure cooking pot in place when you are air frying. The air flow that is needed would not occur.
Q: can the Bella-Pro Series accept frozen foods or must they be thawed first?
A: According to the recipe, they can frequently be frozen.
Q: My air frier stop working, the fan doesn’t want to turn on anymore. How can I fix this?
A: Call Best Buy, and returned it! Don't try to fix this appliance, it has a pressure cooker attached to it. Be careful!!
