Bella is very well built. Very easy to switch between pressure cooker and air fryer. And it has safety feature that you won't mix them up. You attach the air frying grate, only air frying function activates; attach the pressure plate, only pressure cooking activates. Air frying cook very well, it is a bit loud but not a deal breaker. Important thing is frying produce no smoke which is my requirement. The only thing I wish included is a place to store the grate or pressure plate when not in use.

This appliance might work well in a large kitchen with lots of free counter space. It is very big and very heavy. Fully loaded with the pressure cooker lid in place it weighs over 25 pounds. It can’t be placed under a cabinet and wouldn’t fit anyway. It’s too deep to fit in front of the cabinets. The only place I could find to put it in the kitchen was by the window, and when the pressure cooker steam released, the steam saturated the curtains and the adjacent cabinet..
I used the pressure cooker to cook a roast and added potatoes, carrots and onions the last 5 minutes. The searing function worked well and after pressure cooking the roast was tender. However the potatoes were not quite done, the carrots were mushy and the onion had dissolved into a pulp. The lesson there is probably to not pressure cook vegetables.
My next experiment was making beef jerky. The jerky was fine, but the unit sounds like an airplane taking off on the dehydrator setting, which goes for 5 – 6 hours. I had to move it into the utility room where I could shut the door – and we could still hear it 2 rooms away.
I used the air fryer setting to heat frozen chicken strips and mozzarella sticks. I used the time and temperature recommended in the instruction manuals, but everything was overdone and dried out. I would advise initially air frying at a lower time/temperature than recommended. The air fryer setting is as noisy as the dehydrator setting. I don’t think noise is a given for an air fryer. I don’t recall the ones I’ve used in the past making much noise at all.
There are default settings for each mode but the time and temperature almost always have to be adjusted. Adjusting the time can be confusing because the display always says MIN, even when the time is in hours, as when dehydrating.
Ideally, the unit could replace a stove since it can sear, broil, bake, pressure cook, slow cook and even make yogurt. It has air fryer and pressure cooker inserts for the lid that can be swapped out easily. Some functions require the air fryer insert while others require the pressure cooker one. The appropriate cooking options light up depending on which insert is in place. Most accessory pieces can be washed in the dishwasher. The unit has a 2 year warranty and seems to be well made. However,I found that using it on a regular basis requires a dedicated 2 feet of counter space away from cabinets or curtains and behind a door that can be shut to keep the noise out. I would only recommend it to a friend who could meet those parameters.

This kitchen gadget does it all, literally. It could replace both my Instant Pot and my Air Fryer, if it had a higher capacity (I have an 8qt. Instant pot compared to this 6.5qt. ). All that aside, it works beautifully. I made roasted bacon brussel sprouts on the baking setting and they came out just like I'd baked them in my oven. Crispy on the outside and creamy in the inside. I can't wait to try it with other foods. It comes with a great manual and recipe book. I hope it has a Facebook group with ideas.

The Bella Pro 6.5Qt is a great product with many unique features of which i am a big fan of. However, my one major gripe is it takes up a tremendous amount of space on my counter top and will not allow me to open fully without the top hitting my cabinets. This is obviously not a Bella issue but my issue and it hinders my main ability to use it. I am rating this 5 stars because it really is a great product that I wish I could use it more.

Worked like a charm until 10 months later..... air frying randomly cut off in the middle of me warming some food.... wont go back on... machine is not dirty or used heavily.......Emailed customer service but go no response in over a week so I called customer service which was an agent that did not have the best English (Which is fine, its not easy to learn/speak English but its just the combination of no response from their designated support email and then having a non native English speaker answering my call and having to repeat myself over and over again on top of the agent not even attempting to sounds like a customer service agent.)
Really disappointed... I would not recommend purchasing from this company
