And this coffee maker was the worst! I actually was quite excited to get it, and set it up. I ran a pot of clean water through it… And I was quite optomistic. Unfortunately, the water reservoir spit out water onto my counter as it heated up. Not to be deterred… I tried again with less water. Again, as the water heated up, it spit it out. I returned the unit. I could not have my expensive framed prints above being destroyed by spilling water.

After 2 months the light began flashing. Unplugged it and now the light flashes a few times and turns off.

Replacements carafes are not available for purchase. Bella customer service is useless. They basically will tell you to "google the part number and find a 3rd party seller!!!! If you break the flimsy carafe.. you have a $150 paperweight.

I followed the instructions, tried a few variations and no matter what the coffee was, to quote my mom, dirty water. I was hoping it would be what many said it was. Oh eell, it went back.

Did not last over a year. Unit works great but plastic tabs for the filter housing assembly will break over time as you screw it on and off in order to properly clean it. So much plastic overall it feels cheap and you get what you pay for.

Wow what a cheap piece of junk. Cheap plastic parts that don’t even fit together. How this gets positive reviews amazes me. Believe me you want to look elsewhere.

I liked it but two months later and it stopped working. That's making one pot a day.

The power button stopped working and it did not turn on or be used for 3 months

I was initially skeptical when a friend recommended this coffee maker to me- it looked like an expensive drip coffee machine that I didn't need. I regularly use a French Press, Chemex, and a standard drip coffee machine in a pinch or when I'm hosting, but usually opt to a local coffee shop. After over a month of using this I can confidently say this is the best cup of at home coffee I have had ever had. Not only am I buying my own beans more often now, but I am spending less money on replacement parts and look forward to morning coffee. This is legit pour over coffee at its highest convenience. Easy to clean, fast, economical, and looks great. My only minor issue is the pot seems to be made for lefties haha, the measurements on the pot are easier to read holding in your left hand. Adds a little extra morning mental stimulation to pour the coffee left handed, I've made a little game out of it. Great present for the coffee lovers in your life, and a great appliance to have around for making quality coffee in a larger quantity for guests.

I typically don’t like the taste of coffeemaker coffee, and I have been making my own manual pour over for a number of years. It can be annoying if I’m making coffee for a group. My husband bought me this coffeemaker as a gift, and I was skeptical. Turns out, I love it! I’m not snobby about most things, but I struggle with coffee. I highly recommend this product! I have been using it for 2 months, and it is still working great.

Elegant addition to any kitchen. It’s a simple design the brews well and easy to clean. This coffee maker allows the user to easily customize brew strength and volume of coffee. Great item at a competitive price point.

It pretty easy to use first clean it properly, use spring water, grind the coffee of your choice and BOOM or should I say BEEP when is ready & perfection coffee serve!

Makes really good coffee…easy to use, easy to clean

This a great coffee maker that creates tasty coffee. I really like that the components all come apart and are able to be cleaned. This allows me to keep everything sanitary. The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is the lack of a clear instruction manual for how to fully use and clean the coffee maker. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Knocked one star off, because Bella does not offer replacement carafes. Treat with care. Other than that, follow all instructions and make amazing coffee. Brews at the right temp. I got 196 from the start and peaked at 201. It will not bloom automatically, but extremely easy to do a manual bloom using the dial. I watched as It soaked all the grounds evenly. Makes a full 8 cup pot in 6.5 minutes. 5oz of water is a cup, so it's a 40oz carafe. Starting from scratch, it took three pots to dial in the strength I wanted. I do drink it weaker than suggested. Enclosed scoop is 5 grams. Bella suggests 1 scoop per cup. I like 4 grams ( with a manual bloom for 30ish seconds and a stir). It may be different per coffee variety. No comment on longevity. Feels well made but not heavy. No regrets buying it.

A really nice coffee maker, just excellent and so easy to use. Even thought it comes with a reusable filter, I still prefer to use the paper filters.

This by far has been one of the best purchases I have made. I usually create one pot of coffee in the morning and it’s good for the entire day as I go to grab coffee multiple times. It’s also very easy to use and clean! I will highly suggest for people who are interested in getting the best for their buck- a very enjoyable experience.

I don't review a ton of products but felt it was necessary to on this one. I'm also mad at myself for not buying a pour over sooner! Very easy to use and the coffee is delicious. the other great thing about this maker is not just one cup! You can make a pot and it will stay warm for you. highly recommend!
