Controls are a bit finicky: don’t press the buttons, just gently tap and hope you hit the sensor. Biggest problem has been that this thing sucks a LOT of power: it keeps tripping your breaker if *anything else* is plugged alongside it. We got it on sale and for the sale price it’s great. This review and my ratings are based on the full price.

Awesome time saver

Baked chicken in it recently in 10 minutes less than called for time and no oven preheat. Pop it in hit go. Only reason I deducted a star , operation and results are 5 star all day but.....the thing sounds like sitting between the wings of a jet plane at idle. Shes a loud cooker , not a deal breaker in my book but might be for some. Well worth the investment.Fries come out nice and crispy.
